科技孵化器为新创企业的建立提供基本的孵化服务，完成了一次孵化。在新 兴产业领域，那些一次孵化的出孵企业由于本地产业欠成熟而缺乏完整产业链的 支撑，实际上很难持续存活。而二次孵化是通过产业基地和园区的建设，延伸产 业链和培育创新链，实现新兴产业就地产业化，为园区新创企业依托产业持续成 长提供支撑，从而实现一次出孵新创企业的再次孵化。然而，二次孵化情景下我 国部分园区仍然存在产业规模小、产业链不完善，企业知识吸收能力弱、创新能 力不足等问题，其中一个重要原因在于园区尚未形成成熟的产业链，且产业整体 知识水平不足，企业缺乏创新和持续成长的助力，所以促进产业知识涌现对企业 可持续成长和产业高质量发展至关重要。本研究从知识的视角出发，探讨企业结 网策略及其对园区知识网络涌现的影响，分析园区知识网络涌现的规律，提出引 导企业结网，促进知识涌现的策略。研究成果可以为企业提升知识吸收能力、引 导企业合理结网以及园区深化产业链创新链融合的策略提供建议，对助推园区知 识涌现，提高出孵企业存活率，增进新兴产业增长质量具有重要的现实意义。 首先，本文对我国园区网络的发展现状进行了分析。当前我国大部分孵化园 区存在着企业主体知识水平不高、发展后劲不足，园区规模小、网络资源不足、 网络结构稀疏等问题，这些因素都制约着企业的结网合作和园区的可持续发展。 同时，本文从二次孵化情景下园区整体创新链与产业链融合度，以及企业知识吸 收能力两个维度出发，解析了知识深度结网策略、知识宽度结网策略和融合导向 的三种结网策略，并通过珠海天祥粤澳质量技术服务有限公司等三家企业案例验 证，为进一步探究不同结网策略对园区知识网络演化打下基础。 其次，本文基于复杂网络理论构建了二次孵化情景下园区产业知识网络涌现 的动态模型，分析了在孵企业在不同结网策略下，园区创新网络和知识水平的演 化规律。研究结果表明，企业结网策略会影响创新网络演化和知识涌现，且企业 采取三种结网策略最终都会实现知识网络涌现；不同策略下创新网络和知识水平 演化规律存在差异，长期而言，知识宽度导向和融合式导向的结网策略对新兴产 业知识水平的提升更有利；当网络密度达到一定阈值时，企业间知识差距的减小， 网络知识水平速度放缓，单纯选择知识深度导向策略会限制园区知识水平的上 升，而知识宽度和融合式结网则可以突破同质化界限，更有利于突破性创新。 II 最后，基于园区知识网络演化规律，本研究为企业提升知识吸收能力、深化 孵化园区产业链与创新链融合以及促进园区知识网络涌现提出了引导策略。企业 层面，应当构建人才支撑体系，提升知识吸收能力，提高结网合作和互惠共赢的 意识；园区层面，园区管理者应当保障园区孵化服务，加快园区信息化建设，分 步分阶段吸引优质企业、培育异质知识企业，提高园区创新链与产业链融合度。 关键词：新兴产业,二次孵化,结网策略,知识网络涌现。 江苏大学硕士学位论文 III Abstract Thetechnologyincubatorprovidesbasicincubationservicesforthe establishmentofnewstart-upsandcompletesthefirstincubation.Thosehatchery companiesthathaveoncehatchedareactuallydifficulttosurvive,becausetheylack thesupportofacompleteindustrychainduetotheimmaturelocalindustry.Whilethe secondaryincubationreferstoextendingtheindustrialchainandcultivatesthe innovationchain,realizingthelocalindustrializationofemergingindustries,and providingsupportforthepark'snewenterprisestorelyonthesustainablegrowthof theindustrythroughtheconstructionofindustrialbasesandparkandfinally incubatingtheone-timeincubatednewventureonceagain.However,theproblems suchassmallindustrialscale,imperfectindustrialchain,weakknowledgeabsorption capacity,andinsufficientinnovationcapacityinsomesecondaryincubationparksin Chinaareincreasinglyprominent,oneoftheimportantreasonsisthattheindustrial parkhasnotyetformedamatureindustrialchain,andtheoveralllevelofindustry knowledgeisinsufficient,andenterpriseslacktheassistanceofinnovationand sustainablegrowth.Therefore,promotingtheemergenceofindustrialknowledgeis vitaltothesustainablegrowthofenterprisesandthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthe industry.Fromtheperspectiveofknowledge,thisstudyexploresthenetwork connectionstrategyofanenterpriseanditsimpactontheemergenceofknowledge networksinthepark,analyzesthelawsoftheemergenceofknowledgenetworksin thepark,andproposesstrategiestoguidethenetworkformationofenterprisesand promotetheemergenceofknowledge.Theresearchresultscanprovidesuggestions forstrategiesforenterprisestoenhancetheirknowledgeabsorptioncapacity,guide themtoareasonablenetwork,anddeepentheintegrationoftheindustrialchain innovationchaininthepark,anditalsohasimportantpracticalsignificancefor promotingtheemergenceofknowledgeinthepark,improvingthesurvivalrateof incubatedenterprisesandimprovingthegrowthqualityofemergingindustries.
