随着信息技术日新月异，全球化经济不断发展，企业之间的竞争也在日益激烈。作 为企业管理体系中的重要组成部分，仓储管理的高质量发展是提升企业整体的管理水平 和运营效率，实现企业经济效益最大化的重要保证。因此，为了更好的提升和改进仓储 管理，以促进我国物流仓储企业的健康发展，我们必须对仓储管理的发展需求和未来形 势给予高度的重视。 本文以RHL公司为研究对象，首先概述了国内外学者在仓储行业领域的先进思想、 管理方法和取得成就，为本文的研究夯实理论基础。其次通过实地调研和问卷调查，从 管理流程、货位布局、设备能效、人员素质、信息化应用等五个方面，对RHL公司在 仓储管理中存在的问题作了系统性的阐述和分析。最后本文运用理论联系实际法、定量 分析法等方法，针对以上问题，展开了改进研究：一是完善仓储管理流程，结合EIQ-ABC 分析法对仓储货位进行了调整，并提升设备利用能效以提高库容及工作效率；二是在打 造仓储人才梯队方面，构建员工培训体系，激发员工创新思维，完善员工考核评估，螺 旋式提升员工的技能水平和综合素质；三是在升级仓储信息化方面，研发仓储计量一体 化平台，完善ERP系统的功能模块，实现数据资源共享服务，从而提高仓储管理效率， 降低企业仓储成本，推动公司稳步健康发展。 本文对RHL公司仓储管理的研究，有助于该公司提升仓储管理水平，也可为同行 业类似企业解决仓储管理问题提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：仓储管理；货位布局；EIQ-ABC分析法 东北石油大学MBA学位论文 II ResearchontheProblemsofWarehouse ManagementofRHLCompany ABSTRACT Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandglobaleconomy,the competitionamongenterprisesisbecomingincreasinglyfierce.Asanimportantpartofthe enterprisemanagementsystem,thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofwarehousingmanagementis animportantguaranteetoimprovetheoverallmanagementlevelandoperationefficiencyof theenterpriseandtomaximizetheeconomicbenefitsoftheenterprise.Therefore,inorderto betterpromoteandimprovethewarehousingmanagement,inordertopromotethehealthy developmentofChina'slogisticsandstorageenterprises,wemustattachgreatimportanceto thedevelopmentneedsandfuturesituationofstoragemanagement. TakingRHLcompanyastheresearchobject,thispaperfirstsummarizestheadvanced ideas,managementmethodsandachievementsofdomesticandforeignscholarsinthefieldof warehousingindustry,whichdensificatesasolidtheoreticalbasisforthestudyofthisarticle. Thenthroughthefieldsurveyandquestionnairesurvey,fromthemanagementprocess, locationlayout,equipmenteffciency,personnelquality,informationapplicationandotherfive aspects,theproblemsexistinginthewarehousemanagementofRHLcompanyare systematicallydescribedandanalyzed.Finally,thisarticleutilizesthemethodsofintegrating theorywithpractice,quantitativeanalysisandothermethodstoimprovetheaboveproblems: First,improvethewarehousingmanagementprocess,adjustthestoragelocationwith EIQ-ABCanalysismethod,andimprovetheequipmentutilizationefficiencytoimprovethe storagecapacityandworkefficiency.Second,intheconstructionofthewarehousingtalent team,buildthestafftrainingsystemtostimulatetheinnovationofemployees.Third,inthe aspectofwarehousinginformation,wehaveimprovedthefunctionmoduleofERPsystem, upgradedtheintegratedplatformofwarehousingmeasurement,andrealizeddataresource sharingservices,soastoimprovethemanagementefficiency,reducethewarehousingcostof enterprises,andpromotethesteadyandhealthydevelopmentofthecompany. TheresearchonwarehousemanagementofRHLcompanyinthispaperwillhelpthe companytoimprovethelevelofwarehousemanagement,andalsoprovidesomereferencefor similarenterprisesinthesameindustrytosolvetheproblemsofwarehousemanagement.
