随着国民经济的飞速发展,医院无论是医疗技术水平还是发展规模较之以往都有 了较大的提高。医疗设备对于医院的重要性不言而喻,不仅关乎到病人的生命健康安 全,同时也会影响医院的信誉和口碑,进而影响到医院的经济效益。在此条件背景下, 应进一步优化医院医疗设备采购,满足医院救治患者的需要,最终提高医院的医疗水 平以及在行业的竞争力。 本文以 A 医院为例,对其医疗设备采购管理相关问题进行研究,通过对医院的 实地调查,并结合医疗设备采购管理以及项目管理等相关理论,对该医院当前医疗设 备采购的现状进行分析,从中归纳总结出存在的问题以及引发问题的原因,并依据项 目管理的理论提出优化目标,制定具体的优化策略,最后,总结研究过程并探讨下一 步研究方向。研究表明:在医疗设备采购方面,A 医院在流程和管理上得到了一定程 度的优化,不过还存在着更大的改进空间,这也说明在医疗设备采购管理当中引入项 目化管理及内部控制理论是行之有效的。通过分析可知,在进行医疗设备采购的整个 过程中,所涉及到各个部门和科室都应该积极主动的相互配合,并将每次采购作为项 目对待,高效整合资源,并且管理层要介入其中,建立并实施科学的管理机制,站在 医院总体发展的高度来制定出有效的医疗设备采购管理策略。 关键词:采购管理,医疗设备,项目化管理 沈阳大学硕士学位论文II Research on the Management of A Hospital Medical Equipment Procurement Abstract With the rapid development of national economy, the level of medical technology and the scale of development of hospitals have been greatly improved. The importance of medical equipment to hospitals is self-evident, which not only relates to the life, health and safety of patients, but also affects the reputation and reputation of hospitals, and then affects the economic benefits of hospitals. Under this background, we should further optimize the purchase of hospital medical equipment, meet the needs of hospital patients, and finally improve the medical level of hospitals and the competitiveness of the industry. Taking A hospital as an example, this paper studies the related problems of its medical equipment procurement. Through the field investigation of the hospital and the related theories of medical equipment procurement management and project management, this paper analyzes the current situation of medical equipment procurement in the hospital. According to the research, A hospital has been optimized to a certain extent in the process and management of medical equipment procurement, but there is still more room for improvement. This also shows that the introduction of project management theory in medical equipment procurement management is effective. Through analysis, we can see that in the whole process of purchasing medical equipment, all departments and departments involved should actively cooperate with each other, treat each purchase as a project, integrate resources efficiently, and management should intervene in it. Establish and implement scientific management mechanism to formulate effective medical equipment purchasing management strategy.
