随着 F 医院的快速发展,对于医疗设备的需求越来越大,为满足医院服务质量 的提升,同时降低医院医疗设备成本,就需要对 F 医院医疗设备供应商进行选择和 确定。对于医疗设备供应商的选择,F 医院的设备采购管理人员主要是通主观经验、 设备价格等几个方面来具体实施,在这种情况下,容易造成确定的主观性,购买到 价高而性能一般的医疗设备,为改变这种局面,本文基于 F 医院医疗设备采购的实 际情况,通过实地调查,结合国内外的研究成果,发现 F 医院在医疗设备供应商选 择和确定基础上存在的问题,并给予针对性的解决措施。对于 F 医院医疗设备供应 商的选择和确定,主要是通过构建医疗设备供应商指标体系来实现,也即利用 Delphi 法、模糊层次法,结合 F 医院的实际情况,确定其关键指标,最终实现指标体系的 构建。在这个过程中,通过发放问卷的形式,调查 F 医院的中高层领导以及设备采 购人员,同时,还结合业内专家的经验,经过综合整理,实现了 F 医院医疗设备供 应商选择的指标体系构建,同时,为验证指标体系的科学性和合理性,还以三家盆 底治疗仪供应商为实际案例,利用构建出的指标体系,对其进行选择,同时还进行 相应比较,最终确定本文所构建的指标体系具有一定的实用价值。 关键词 医疗设备;供应商;评价与选择II Abstract With the rapid development of F hospitals, the demand for medical equipment is increasing.
