自2001年中国加入世贸组织后,中国的经济的不断发展,外企不断加入,国企逐渐强大, 民企不断壮大,这样的趋势加快了各公司之间差距的缩短,竞争也变得愈发激烈。尤其是对于 一些处于发展初期或瓶颈期,融资能力较低的中小企业,在整个供应链系统中,他们将会倍受 挤压,尤其是受到上下游大型企业的严重排挤,这些企业的发展格外困难。一方面中小企业在 供应链系统中议价能力较弱,企业地位较低,自身发展限制较多,对发展动力之一的资金需求 就非常急切。规模较小、资金匮乏等因素造成了中小企业其信用不佳、抵押担保物价值有限, 很难从对风险控制较为严格的银行,尤其是国有四大行处获得融资成本较低的贷款,现阶段, 供应链金融作为新的融资渠道,推动了中小企业发展的资金杠杆。将经济新常态下的中小企业 供应链融资对策作为研究对象,寻找合适的融资方案,在解决中小企业融资困难的基础上进一 步优化融资模式,推动中小企业的可持续发展。中小企业在实际融资过程中常常处于劣势,为 了应对市场变化,他们往往需要借助外部的力量,而供应链融资就是其中一种办法。随着业务 发展的不断成熟,将会得到更多认可和需要。供应链融资业务为商业银行提供了新兴的业务发 展契机,为核心企业的上下游中小企业提供了融资解决方案,随着供应链金融的不断发展,融 资模式必然会根据合作主体的不同而作相应的方案调整,在“以具体问题具体分析”的思路指 导下为企业打造规范、专业、多样的供应链融资方案。本论文以中国银行SZ分行供应链融资作 为研究背景,以JHS公司为例,对企业供应链融资方案设计进行研究。 本文采用理论研究和实证分析结合等多种研究方法,对中国银行SZ分行供应链融资方案进 行了外部环境的机会与威胁、内部环境的优势与劣势等方案实施环境进行分析,以苏州地区某 大型生活用纸制造企业JHS公司为例,结合相关理论,为中国银行SZ分行供应链融资业务过程 中存在的问题提出相应策略。值得一提的是,不同于以往的理论研究,本文创新性地采取问卷 调查、客户与银行客户经理访谈等方式全方位了解中国银行SZ分行的现有供应链融资潜在银行 业务的态度与感受,深入地了解客户需求与满意度,并根据获得的数据进行方案的改进,以最 终确定相关供应链融资最终方案。? ? 关键词:中国银行,供应链融资,JHS公司 II? ABSTRACT Since China's accession to the WTO in 2001, the China's economy has continuously developed, foreign companies have been taking part of China incessantly, state-owned enterprises have become stronger and stronger gradually, private enterprise have uninterrupted growth , the competition between the enterprises have aggravated greatly , especially for the small and medium-sized enterprises that in the early stage of development or bottleneck period, with low financing ability. They are often squeezed by large upstream and downstream enterprises in the whole supply chain system, it is harder for them to survive and develop. On the one hand, small and medium-sized enterprises have weak bargaining power in the supply chain system, lower status and more restrictions on their own development. Therefore, they have an urgent demand to funds as one of the driving forces. The factors such as smaller scale and weaker capital lead to the small and medium-sized enterprises low credit and limited collateral value, it is difficult for them to obtain lower financing cost loan from the state-owned four lines that are strict with risk control, as a new financing channel, supply chain financing promote the leverage development of the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises and develop continuously in the domestic. Study on supply chain financing strategy of small and medium-sized enterprise under the new normal economic, to find out the suitable financing options, not only solving the financing difficulties but also optimizing financing mode and promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The small and medium-sized enterprises are generally weak, they often need outside help when facing to market changes impact, supply chain finance is one of the way, while the support from core enterprise of the supply chain to upstream and downstream small and medium-sized enterprise has always been weak, so there is a broad development prospect for quick and convenient online supply chain financing, with the business developing more mature and normative, it will be recognized and used for reference finally. Supply chain financing provides a new business model for commercial Banks and financing platform and financing solution for the core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, with the continuous development of supply chain finance, financing model will correspondingly be adjusted according different collaborative agent, under the guidance of " specific cooperation specific guideline" thinking , specialization, standardization and diversification supply chain financing model is gradually formed. Take supply chain financing of the bank of China SZ branch as the research ?III? background, with JHS as an example, this paper studied on the scheme design of enterprise supply chain financing. By the theoretical research combined with empirical analysis and a variety of other research methods, this paper analyzed the solutions implementation environment of external environment opportunities and threats , advantages and disadvantages of internal environment of bank of China SZ branch supply chain financing plan, taking life paper manufacturing enterprise JHS company in Suzhou as an example, combing with related theory, propose corresponding strategy for the problems existing in the financing plan design process of bank of China SZ branch supply chain. It is worth mentioning that other than previous theoretical research, by adopting the questionnaire survey and interview between customer and bank account manager and other way, this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the potential bank business attitudes and feelings of existing bank supply chain finance of bank of China SZ branch , understanding the customer’s demand and satisfaction in-depth, and improve the plan according to the obtained data, and determine the final financing plan relating to supply chain finally.
