21 世纪以来,供应链金融在商业银行中得到快速发展,在革新商业银行传统授 信模式、解决中小企业融资困难上发挥重要的作用。供应链金融与传统金融的一个重 要区别在于服务对象不同,传统金融是针对单一客户提供服务,供应链金融则是针对 整条供应链企业,包括核心企业及上下游企业提供结算、融资等服务,在层次、广度 上均有所突破,因此,供应链金融在商业银行得到广泛应用及推广。自 2002 年深圳 发展银行最早提出供应链金融理念并取得重大成效以来,大部分国内商业银行纷纷效 仿并建立自身供应链融资体系。中国银行为我国五大国有控股商业银行之一,综合实 力雄厚,社会责任重大,近年来在全球范围内大力推动供应链金融业务创新,以期更 好服务市场经济发展。本文通过对中国银行福建省分行供应链金融业务发展现状及存 在问题进行分析,并提出相应的发展对策建议,对中国银行福建省分行拓展获客渠道、 改变盈利模式、更好的服务实体经济具有积极意义。 本文以中国银行福建省分行为例探究国内商业银行供应链金融发展。首先介绍论 文选题背景、研究意义,对供应链金融相关研究理论进行梳理,总结本文研究内容的 创新点及不足之处;然后对国内商业银行发展供应链金融的必要性进行分析,总结商 业银行发展供应链金融意义;其次通过回顾国内商业银行供应链金融发展历程,结合 作者在中国银行福建省分行多年从事信贷业务的经验,着重分析该行供应链金融业务 的发展现状,提出在供应链金融市场拓展、信息平台建设推广、授信项目审批时效和 风险管控理念方面存在的问题;再从国家政策、经济环境等外部因素和业务部门设立、 区块链技术开发等内部因素深入剖析影响中国银行福建省分行供应链金融业务发展 的因素;最后从部门协作、人才培养的内部管理、科技在金融领域渗透融合应用、审 批流程和风险管控的外部要求三方面为中国银行福建省分行供应链金融业务的发展 提供建议。新经济时代对金融机构有了新的定义和要求,供应链金融作为一种新的金 融模式,对于商业银行的可持续发展具有重大意义。本文希望对中国银行福建省分行 供应链金融业务的现状分析和发展建议能促进该行供应链金融业务更好的发展,同时 为同业供应链金融业务发展提供参考。 关键词,供应链金融,实体经济,中国银行福建省分行,区块链技术,风险管控II Research on the development of Supply Chain Finance of Bank of China Fujian Branch Abstract Since the 21st century, supply chain finance has developed rapidly in commercial banks. It plays an important role in innovating the traditional credit model of commercial banks and solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. An important difference between supply chain finance and traditional finance lies in the difference of service objects. Traditional finance provides services for a single customer. Supply chain finance provides services for the whole supply chain enterprises, including the core enterprises and the upstream and downstream enterprises, such as settlement and financing. It has made breakthroughs in both levels and breadth. Therefore supply chain finance has been widely applied and promoted in commercial banks. Since Shenzhen Development Bank first put forward the supply chain finance concept in 2002 and achieved great results, most domestic commercial banks have imitated and established their own supply chain financing system. As one of the five state-controlled commercial banks in China, BOC has a strong comprehensive strength and great social responsibility. In recent years, BOC has vigorously promoted the financial business innovation of supply chain on a global scale in order to better serve the development of market economy. This paper analyzes the development status and deficiencies of supply chain finance business of Bank of China Fujian branch, and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions, which is very significant for Bank of China Fujian branch expanding its customer group, changing its profit model and better serving the real economy. This paper takes Bank of China Fujian branch for example to explore the development of supply chain finance of domestic commercial banks.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of topic selection and research significance, sorts out the research theories related to supply chain finance, and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of the research content.Secondly, it analyzes the necessity of developing supply chain finance and summarizes the significance of developing supply chain finance in domestic commercial banks.Thirdly, by reviewing the development history of supply chain finance in domestic commercial banks and combining with the author's experience inIII credit business in Bank of China Fujian branch for many years, this paper focuses on the analysis of the development status of supply chain finance business of the bank, and puts forward the problems in the development of supply chain financial market, the construction and promotion of information platform, the validity of approval of credit projects and the concept of risk management and control.Fourthly, it deeply analyzes the factors influencing the development of supply chain finance business of Bank of China Fujian branch from the external factors such as national policy, economic environment and internal factors such as the establishment of business departments and the development of blockchain technology. Finally, Suggestions are provided for the development of supply chain finance business of Bank of China Fujian branch from three aspects:internal management of department collaboration and talent training, application of science and technology in financial field,external requirements of approval process and risk control.In the new economic era,it has new definitions and requirements for financial institutions.As a new financial model, supply chain finance is of great significance to the sustainable development of commercial banks.This paper hopes that the analysis of the current situation and development suggestions of the supply chain finance business of Bank of China Fujian Branch can promote the better development of the supply chain finance business of the Bank, and provide a reference for the development of the supply chain finance business of the same industry.
