随着现代工业技术的发展,建筑产业的结构转型升级朝着住宅产业化的方向变革, 装配式建筑也迎来了新的发展机遇。装配式建筑的预制构件市场主要是以订单驱动生产 的模式,即生产制造过程完全以客户订单的个性化需求为导向。加之市场细分、客户需 求多样化和信息技术的发展,传统的生产计划管理控制实施模式难以适应装配式建筑构 件生产管理的需要,因此,装配式建筑预制构件的设计、生产和管理面临着新的挑战和 目标。 本论文在对先进生产计划管理理论综述和国内外研究现状与实践的基础上,通过对 M公司的生产管理状况的深入了解,剖析其在订单驱动的生产模式下,建筑构件制造过 程中生产计划制定与管理所面临的问题。并针对M公司生产计划管理过程中出现的生 产成本较高且难以取得批量效益、生产计划制定多靠经验、物料需求计划不准确、产品 有时存在积压等问题,结合制造资源计划、瓶颈理论、准时化生产理论和延迟制造策略, 提出了推拉结合的生产计划管理模型。具体从订单拆分与合并、生产计划管理体系构建、 生产计划管理方法选择、主生产计划编制、物料需求计划编制、紧急插单的处理等角度 提出了改进策略与实施方案,从而提高公司对生产计划管理的水平,以及产品的交付率 和对市场变化的响应能力。同时,对于相似企业在改进生产计划管理方面提供一定的参 考意义。 关键字:生产计划管理;订单驱动;装配式建筑;延迟制造;计划编制策略 II ABSTRACT Along with the development of modern industrial technology, housing industrialization has become the construction path of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Prefabricated housing is facing unprecedented development opportunities. The prefabricated component market of prefabricated buildings is mainly order-driven production mode, that is, the manufacturing process is completely oriented by the personalized needs of customer orders. Combined with market segmentation, diversification of customers’ demand and the development of information technology, the traditional enterprise management mode and production planning management control mode are difficult to suit the needs of prefabricated building components production and management. The design, production and management of prefabricated building components face new challenges and goals. On the basis of the review of advanced production planning management theory and the research status and practice at home and abroad, this thesis, through the in-depth investigation of M company, analyzes the problems faced by the production planning and management in the process of building component manufacturing under the order-driven production mode. In addition, in the process of production plan management of M company, the production is difficult to obtain batch benefits, the production plan is made by experience, the material demand plan is inaccurate, and the products sometimes have backlogs and other problems. For problems appeared in the process of production plan management in M, combining the theory of manufacturing resources plan, constraint, just-in-time production and delayed manufacturing strategy, the combination of push and pull production plan management model is put forward. And from order split and merge, production planning management system building, choice of production plan management methods, the main production planning, material requirement planning, emergency processing of single angle, it presents a set of improved strategy and implementation plan, so as to improve the management of company to the production plan, the product delivery rate and responsiveness to market changes. At the same time, it provides some reference for similar enterprises to improve plan management.
