摘要
随着工业4．0时代的到来，全球制造业企业开始了各自工厂智能化升级的道路。而
生产计划管理作为工厂管理的一个核心领域，受到了企业的高度重视。如何在新的全球
产业智能升级竞争的环境中，提升企业生产计划管理水平是当代制造业企业面对的主要
问题。
本文首先对静态、动态生产计划以及相关生产计划优化文献进行了梳理和论述。在
此基础上，本文对A公司的生产计划、物料需求计划以及产能计划的实施情况进行了分
析，揭示了生产运营中的一系列问题。针对这些问题，围绕企业生产目标，本文综合运
用生产计划管理理论和现代技术，对A公司的生产计划战略和管理规划、物料计划优化
以及产能计划等提出了优化方案，并预评估了方案的实施效果。
本文研究成果为精细化工行业制造企业的生产计划优化提供了一些新的思路，制定
的优化方案也具有一定的应用价值。

The　optimization　of　production　planning　in　flavour　manufacturing
enterprise　—　Take　A　company　for　example
Abstract
With　entering　the　period　of　industry　4．0？　the　global　manufacture　enterprises　start　to　level
up　their　industrial　intelligent　manufacture　abilities．The　enterprises　pay　highly　attention　to　the
production　planning，　which　is　defined　as　the　core　partin　the　plant　management．So　the　major
issue　is　how　to　promote　the　level　of　production　planning　management　for　the　enterprises
themselves．
This　article　firstly　studies　the　literatures　of　static　and　dynamic　production　planning
theories，　as　well　as　the　related　optimizing　production　planning　theories．Then　this　article
elaborates　the　useful　optimizing　theories　for　the　fine　chanical　industry．Based　on　these　studies，
this　thesis　analyses　the　production　planning，material　requirements　planning　and　capacity
planning　in　terms　of　realistic　execution　status　in　A　company，　and　this　article　reveals　a　series
of　operation　issues．With　the　aim　of　achieving　operation　target9this　thesis　proposes　a　series　of
optimizing　solutions　to　solve　these　planning　issues　in　terms　of　strategic　and　managerial
production　planning　design＾aterial　requirements　planning　and　capacity　planning5by　using
the　theories　of　production　planning　management　as　well　as　the　modem　technology．　And　lastly，
this　article　anticipates　the　operation　execution　result　of　these　solutions　in　A　company．
This　article　brings　a　series　of　innovative　thinking　for　the　optimization　of　production
planning　in　fine　chemical　industry，　as　well　as　the　optimization　solutions　can　provide　some
practical　value　for　the　manufacture　enterprises．
