摘要
半导体是电子制造业的基础行业，而且半导体生产是目前世界上最复杂的制造系
统之一，与其他制造系统相比，具有其自身的显著特点，如加工生产的产品品种丰富、
工艺复杂、工艺步骤多、存在严重的不确定性及明显的可重入现象和需求变化大等特
点，因此在半导体制造企业中，依据客户的需求及现有的资源，制定出合理的生产计
划是一项非常重要的工作。本人所在的 FSC 半导体制造公司工作将近十几年的发展
中，生产计划的制定主要靠计划员手工完成，这已愈来愈显现出计划与实际生产相脱
节的问题以及经常出现差错，因此需要研究出一种线形规划的方化，建立一个生产计
划系统来优化和改进我们的生产计划，从而大大提高生产效率和设备的利用率

本文在分析本企业内部生产计划制定所存在的问题的基础上，对生产计划制定和
优化方面的国内外文献进行研究和分析，吸取其中有用的理论，提出适合本企业半导
体封装和测试的生产计划系统以及组织构架和计划人员的改进等

本文将在已有研究成果的基础上，分析并解决本企业内部生产计划制定过程中存
在的问题，从而使生产计划制定更加合理，均衡生产，达到缩短产品整体交货期的目
的，进而快速的响应客户需求。对提高本企业生产水平、企业竞争力和经济效益都具
有很强的现实意义

Abstract
Semiconductor is the basic industry in the electronic manufactory, and also the
semiconductor manufacturing is currently one ofthe most complicated
manufacturing ,Comparing to other manufacturing system ,it has its own significant
features .Such as a lots of products, complexity of a process, many of steps, serious
uncertainness , the big change in the demand and so on. Therefore, In the semiconductor
industry, it is very important that we make a production plan based on customer’s demand
and also the resource that we have now. It is more than 10 years that I am working in FSC
Suzhou factory. The production plan is no more change that used manually adjustment by
planner. So that there happen some mistakes in the production plan and it was not match
with actual plan .Therefore we need to use the LP method to optimize and improve the
production plan, Which will greatly improve the production efficiency.
In this thesis, Beside considering the problems that made the production plan in the
FSC Suzhou Factory, Research and analysis are made from the internal and external
documents , and absorbed the usefully theories and provide the production plan system that
can used in factory as well as improve the organization and encourage the planner.
And also in this thesis, do analysis and provide the solution how can solve the existing
problems, that the production plan will be more reasonable and reality , which can improve
the delivery schedule to better meet the customer demand. It is very meaning for
production of efficiency , competition and economic benefits of company.
