I 摘要 首先,近年农产品便捷的购买方式活跃了农产品的快递市场,在精准扶贫环 境下,政府联动平台和企业进行农产品的销售,快捷和创新的销售模式给快递市 场带来许多快递服务商机,在良好的市场环境发展趋势下,快递物流企业应通过 优化快递服务供应链管理,提升企业的市场竞争能力,因为对于快递服务,用户 直观体验反应在全程运行速度是否够快,这将会直接影响用户选择使用快递公 司,从而影响快递公司的竞争能力。 在激烈发展的快递市场环境下,快递服务供应链管理已是企业与企业之间的 竞争衡量标准,由于产地农产品具有周期性,每年当季农产品都会有快递服务使 用需求,所以给快递物流企业提供了持续的快递服务机会。但由于农产品保鲜期 短,从采购、销售到运输、到最终用户,快递服务供应链上环节较多周期长,任 何一个节点出现流转不畅都会导致农产品本身品质降低,影响快递服务效率。农 产品易腐蚀和耐包装、不耐运输的主观条件,如何做好农产品的快递服务供应链 管理将是核心企业面临的主要问题。本文研究以快递物流C公司为例,通过如何 优化自身快递服务供应链管理,使企业进一步提高和重视供应链管理水平,并充 分利用当前背景下的各种资源,抓住发展机遇,提高农产品快递服务供应链的运 作效率,加强企业内部协同组织,优化内部流程,将农产品快速地运输配送到用 户手中,所以此研究具有深刻的理论意义。 其次,精准扶贫是国家实行的扶贫战略,在此背景下,四川省政府打造了“四 川扶贫”公益项目品牌,政府通过各个电商平台积极将农产品销售到全国各地, 扩宽了农产品的销售产业链。C公司在此背景下,全面实行企业和政府战略合作, 履行公司的社会责任,积极同当地政府达成销售和快递服务一体化的战略合作, 通过近两年的扶贫农产品项目分析,在农产品种类、业务量和业务收入方面呈逐 年递增趋势,表明了农产品快递服务市场有巨大的潜力和发展业务空间,也给C 公司带来农产品快递业务发展机遇。 本文按照现状分析、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路进行研究,现状 分析从公司的基本经营业务、运输组网资源和扶贫背景下的农产品快递服务基本 摘要 II 情况进行分析,问题提出通过对实际运作的农产品扶贫项目,与竞争对手在生产 运输管理和全程时长方面进行对标分析,发现C公司与竞争对手水平之间存在一 定的差距,主要在采购及供应商管理、物流运输、信息系统应用方面存在问题和 不足,针对采购及供应商管理问题通过通过集中认证、分散采购的流程,按照影 响等级进行供应商分类,优化采购和供应商管理,对物流运输存在的问题采取增 加地市间直接发运模式、采用自营加第三方运输模式,优化车辆运输上下行频次, 引进更多冷链车的资源,通过信息系统整合利用对信息系统方面的问题进行优化 解决。本文通过供应链经典的SCOR理论模型对C公司的农产品快递服务供应链 管理结构进行了理论分析,运用模型第一层绩效指标方法构建了C公司的农产品 快递服务供应链绩效指标,通过构建信息管理平台将将订单处理、生产系统、管 理系统、绩效评定等子系统进行整合,构建信息化管理平台,一方面可以提高公 司农产品快递服务供应链的管理、决策和服务水平,提高对外界需求做出迅速反 应能力,一方面也提升公司核心竞争力,推动公司的农产品快递服务可持续发展。 最后,本文的结论是首先系统性地分析直营快递物流C公司农产品的快递服 务供应链管理的现状,其次是对存在的问题,提出了具体的改善方法,最后是提 供建立绩效评定指标和构建信息管理平台的保障措施。 关键词:快递服务供应链;供应链管理;精准扶贫环境;C公司 Abstract III [Researchonsupplychainmanagementoptimizationofagricultural productsexpressserviceofcompanyCundertheenvironmentoftargeted povertyalleviation] [WuQiang] [MBA] Directedby[LiYanFeng] Abstract Firstofall,inrecentyears,agriculturalproductsandconvenientwayofbuying activetheexpressdeliverymarketofagriculturalproducts,inpovertyalleviationand environment,accurategovernmentlinkageplatformandtheenterprisestocarryout thesaleofagriculturalproducts,fastandinnovativesalesmodeltoexpressmarket bringmanyexpressserviceopportunity,underthedevelopmenttrendofthegood marketenvironment,expresslogisticsenterprisesshouldbyoptimizingtheexpress deliveryservicesupplychainmanagement,enhancetheenterprisemarketcompetition ability,becauseforexpressservice,intuitiveuserexperiencereflectedinthewhole runningspeedisfastenough,itwilldirectlyaffecttheuserschoosetouseaCourier company,thusaffectingtheexpresscompanycompetitionability.
