由于经济以及科技的快速发展，目前在人才市场方面针对技能型方面的人才需 求逐步增大。这就导致高职教育在很长时间内都在持续不断的增长。因此，这为高 职技术的教育带来了前所未有的巨大机遇，由于高等职业技术教育的巨头的产生，这 也无形中对高等教育之间的竞争带来了加剧。各个高等职业技术学院应当制定出能 够符合自身的发展战略，不断的挖掘自身的特色专业，这样才能够在激烈的竞争当 中能够获胜。 通过对国内外民办高校发展战略研究现状的回顾，对相关概念和理论进行了梳 理，并结合SJZZY学院内、外部环境的基础上，运用相关工具分析，对SJZZY学院 的战略选择进行了研究，最终确定差异化的竞争战略。在明确差异化竞争战略的基 础上，分别从人才培养差异化、专业设置差异化以及办学特色差异化三个层面推进 战略的实施。为了保障SJZZY学院战略目标的实现，还需从成立战略保障小组、人 力资源、财力以及科研能力的提升方面采取措施，保障SJZZY学院发展战略的有序 推进。本文所提出的观点可以对同类民办高校的发展战略提供参考价值，并希望有 更多的人士对关于民办高校的发展战略进行更加深入的研究，促进民办高校高效、 稳定的发展。 关键词 发展战略；学科建设；竞争优势；职业教育 III Abstract Due to the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the demand for skilled talents in the talent market is gradually increasing. This leads to the continuous growth of higher vocational education for a long time, therefore, for higher vocational technology education has brought unprecedented huge opportunity, due to higher vocational education of giant, it also make the competition between higher education more intense. Each higher vocational and technical college should work out its own development strategy, and constantly explore its own characteristics, so as to win in the fierce competition. By reviewing the current situation of the research on the development strategy of private colleges at home and abroad, the related concepts and theories were sorted out, and on the basis of the analysis of the external and internal environment of SJZZY college, the SWOT analysis tool was used to study the strategic choice of SJZZY college, and finally the differentiated competitive strategy was determined. On the basis of clarifying the differentiated competition strategy, the implementation of the strategy is promoted from the three levels of differentiated talent training, differentiated specialty setting and differentiated school-running characteristics. In order to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of SJZZY college, measures should be taken from the aspects of establishing a strategic support group, improving human resources, financial resources and scientific research ability, so as to guarantee the orderly promotion of the development strategy of SJZZY college. The viewpoints put forward in this paper can provide reference value for the development strategy of similar private colleges and universities.
