随着我国互联网的迅猛发展,各行各业都在发生着深刻的变革,传统的交易模式已 经很难适应新形势下的交易需求,定制化、个性化的消费需求正在逐步扩散到各行各业。 砂石骨料行业是典型的粗放式发展、技术水平低的传统基础设施建设原材料行业,由于 粗放式管理、分散经营、有效供给半径小的特点,在资源和环保的双重要求下,砂石骨 料行业的发展已经越来越不能适应新形势下的行业发展需求,《砂石骨料工业“十三五” 发展规划》对我国砂石骨料行业未来发展明确了方向,由粗放式向集约型发展,推进产 业结构调整和转型升级,走绿色发展之路,强化与“互联网+”的深度融合,确保行业 健康可持续发展。 本文将可行性研究理论应用到砂石骨料行业,基于 GD 砂石协会为促进 GD 砂石骨料 行业健康发展,积极推行砂石骨料行业与“互联网+”的深度融合,策划“砂石共享平 台”项目的构建可行性进行研究。本文首先对砂石共享平台项目开发背景进行了简单描 述,并对研发砂石共享平台项目的调研结果进行了分析,明确了砂石共享平台研发的突 破点和功能需求,随后分别从政治法律环境、经济环境、社会人文环境、技术环境 4 个 角度宏观分析了砂石共享平台项目所要面临的市场环境,并利用波特五力模型分析法、 SWOT 分析法微观分析了项目所处的运营环境,从市场分析的角度论证了该项目的可行 性;接着根据项目的调研结果及功能需求分析,结合砂石行业目前的实际情况,重点对 项目的功能设计进行了设想,主要考虑了平台资讯功能、物流功能、设备功能、融资功 能和交易功能等五大功能,并研究分析了每个大功能下还需要继续深入完善的子功能以 及功能实现的方向与技术难度及可行性;接着重点对项目的财务可行性进行了分析和研 究,主要是对本项目开发成本、相关费用等进行投资估算及制定相应的资金筹措方案, 并从项目角度出发,对项目的静态投资回收期和净现值、内部收益率等指标进行评价, 从而得出该项目在经济上是否可行的结论;最后对项目存在的风险进行了全面的识别与 分析,并制定了风险控制措施及对策。 本文通过对砂石共享平台项目的可行性研究,可为砂石共享平台开发项目的科学决 策提供参考,并为后续其他类似平台项目的研究提供借鉴。 关键词,可行性研究;砂石共享平台;移动互联网;电子商务II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Internet in China, all kinds of industries are undergoing profound changes. Sand and gravel aggregate industry is typical of vulgar development, low level of technology of the traditional infrastructure construction materials industry, as a result of extensive management, decentralized management, effective supply of small radius and the requirement of resources and environment, the characteristics of the development of sand and gravel aggregate industry already more and more can't adapt itself to the requirements of the development of the industry under the new situation, The 13th Five-Year Development Plan of Aggregate has provided a clear direction for the Sand and Aggregate Industries of our country.It also accelerated The Aggregate Industries from extensive to intensive development, promoted industrial structure adjustment, transformation, upgrading, and take the path of green development and strengthening depth fusion, with Internet accelerated speed to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. In this paper, the feasibility study theory is applied to the sand and gravel aggregate industry, based on the GD association of sandstone in order to promote GD sand aggregate industry healthy development, actively promote and gravel aggregate industry with Internet accelerated speed depth fusion, planning sand sharing platform project construction feasibility study. First, the background of the development of sand and stone sharing platform is briefly described. and the research results of sharing platform project research and development of sandstone are analyzed, and clear the sandstone sharing platform research and development of breakthrough and functional requirements, then respectively from the political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technology environment macro analysis of the four Angle facing sand sharing platform project of market environment, and make use of porter five model analysis, SWOT analysis micro project operating environment is analyzed, from the Angle of the functional requirements and market analysis demonstrates the feasibility of the project; Then according to the project survey andIII analysis of functional requirements, the current actual situation, combined with sand and gravel industry focus on the function of the project design, main consideration the information platform, logistics, equipment functions, finance and trade and so on five big functions, and study the function of each big still need further perfect the sub function and the direction of the functions and technical difficulty and feasibility; Then focus on the financial feasibility of the project are analyzed and the research of this project is mainly the development costs and related expenses for investment estimation and formulate the corresponding financing scheme, and from the Angle of the project, the project static investment payback period and net present value, internal rate of return and other indicators to evaluate, thus the project is economically feasible conclusions; Finally, a comprehensive identification and analysis of the risks existing in the project were conducted, and risk control measures and countermeasures were formulated. This article can give Sand and Gravel Sharing platform a development decision-making through the feasibility study to provide the reference of the project, and provide reference for the other similar platform project research.
