现代社会的发展，人类生活福利的提高均离不开现代教育，建设省域教育 网宽带平台项目无疑是造福一方人民，功在千秋百代的大事业，四川省就要上 这么一个项目，需要进行可行性研究。故选择“四川教育网宽带平台项目可行 性研究”作为我的硕士报告课题。 全文共分五章。 第一章 绪论。首先概述项目基本情况，然后概要介绍项目可行性研究的原 理与方法，确定报告工作重点和研究具体内容及结构。 第二章 项目建设必要性与市场分析。这是可行性研究的基础与前提，旨在 论证建设四川教育网宽带平台项目的必要性和战略意义，分析市场前景，预测 未来发展，估计风险来源，判断风险大小，判定项目建设的可能性。 第三章 建设内容、技术方案与设备选型。这是本文工作的重点之一。首先 明确建设指导思想与原则，确定建设内容与项目规模，然后系统地设计、选择了 宽带网的技术体系和实现该技术体系的设备，保证了项目的技术先进性。 第四章 项目组织、人员、资金与实施计划。 第五章 经济效益及社会效益评价。这是本文工作的另一重点。对该项目进 行了财务评价、敏感性分析和社会效益评价，得出项目可行的科学结论。 主题词，教育网宽带平台项目；技术方案设计；市场分析；经济评价ABSTRACT The development of modern society and improvement of human’s life have connected with modern education. It is undoultedly beneficial to the local people and the future development to build education network-widebrand platform within a province. Sichuan province will carry out such a programe and it need to carry on a possibility research. So I chose ‘the possibility research on Sichuan province education network – widebrand platform’ as my Master’s thesis. The thesis includes 5 chapters. Firstly, the preface provides the outline of the item and introduces the theory and method of item possibility research. Then it follows the emphasis, contents and structure of the thesis. The second chapter is the necessity of item building and market analysis. It’s the basis and premise of the possibility research in order to prove the necessity and stratigec meaning of this item. At the same time, the chapter analyzes the market foreground, forecasts its development, estimates the source of risk and judges the degree of risk and its possibility of building this item. The third chapter is the building contents, technique projects and choice of equipments’ type, one of the emphasis of the thesis. To begin with, under the guiding thought and principle, the building contents and scale are determined. Then, to insure the technological advance, the article systematically designs and chooses the technology system of widebrand network and the equipments of realizing this system. The forth chapter is about the item organizing, personnel, capital and the implement plans. The fifth chapter is about the evaluation of economic performance and social performance, which is another emphasis of the thesis. It includes the finance evaluation, analysis of sensitivity and social performance evaluation. Finally, the thesis draws the scientific conclusion with available item.
