花式足球不同于传统的 11 人制足球，是充分展现个人技巧的足球玩法，可以融入 音乐、街舞和武术等元素，是不断变换花式动作，突破对球控制程度的一种足球运动， 深受当代大学生喜爱，具有随意性、趣味性、风格性、创造性和观赏性等特点。 目前已有关于在高校的足球课中增添花式足球教学的研究，并以教学实验的方法证 明了有较好的教学效果，但仅研究了关于花式足球对提高学生学习兴趣和增强学生身体 素质的有效性，以及在普通高校推广的可行性，并没有关于在高校体育学院推广的可行 性，以及能否提高学生基础技术和培养学生花式足球方面能力的研究。 本研究从分析调查问卷和教学实验结果的角度出发，研究在高校体育学院的足球课 中增添花式足球的教学，对提高学生足球技术和激发学生学习兴趣的有效性，以及能否 培养出学生花式足球方面的能力，综合分析在高校体育学院推广花式足球的可行性。 本研究运用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、观察法、实验法、对比分析 法和数理统计法等研究方法，对花式足球引入体育专业足球课中产生的教学效果进行深 度剖析。实验班 30 人，对照班 30 人，共 60 名体育学院学生为实验对象，经过 48 学时 的教学实验，得出以下结论： 1、实验班学生有较好的学习花式足球的能力。 2、通过问卷调查发现，实验班学生的学习兴趣很高，而对照班学生的学习兴趣较 低，并且存在显著差异。 3、在实验班的足球必修课中增添花式足球的教学，对学生的垫球能力、脚背内侧 射门成功率和脚内侧传球准确性有显著性的提高，且均高于对照班学生，有显著差异。 4、在高校体育学院推广花式足球是可行的。 关键词：花式足球；体育学院；足球技术；学习兴趣；可行性；在高校体育学院推广花式足球的可行性研究 II Research on the Feasibility of Promoting Fancy Football in Colleges and Universities of Physical Education Abstract Fancy football is different from traditional 11-a-side football, which is a football game that fully demonstrates personal skills.
