花式足球不同于传统的 11 人制足球,是充分展现个人技巧的足球玩法,可以融入 音乐、街舞和武术等元素,是不断变换花式动作,突破对球控制程度的一种足球运动, 深受当代大学生喜爱,具有随意性、趣味性、风格性、创造性和观赏性等特点。 目前已有关于在高校的足球课中增添花式足球教学的研究,并以教学实验的方法证 明了有较好的教学效果,但仅研究了关于花式足球对提高学生学习兴趣和增强学生身体 素质的有效性,以及在普通高校推广的可行性,并没有关于在高校体育学院推广的可行 性,以及能否提高学生基础技术和培养学生花式足球方面能力的研究。 本研究从分析调查问卷和教学实验结果的角度出发,研究在高校体育学院的足球课 中增添花式足球的教学,对提高学生足球技术和激发学生学习兴趣的有效性,以及能否 培养出学生花式足球方面的能力,综合分析在高校体育学院推广花式足球的可行性。 本研究运用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、观察法、实验法、对比分析 法和数理统计法等研究方法,对花式足球引入体育专业足球课中产生的教学效果进行深 度剖析。实验班 30 人,对照班 30 人,共 60 名体育学院学生为实验对象,经过 48 学时 的教学实验,得出以下结论: 1、实验班学生有较好的学习花式足球的能力。 2、通过问卷调查发现,实验班学生的学习兴趣很高,而对照班学生的学习兴趣较 低,并且存在显著差异。 3、在实验班的足球必修课中增添花式足球的教学,对学生的垫球能力、脚背内侧 射门成功率和脚内侧传球准确性有显著性的提高,且均高于对照班学生,有显著差异。 4、在高校体育学院推广花式足球是可行的。 关键词:花式足球;体育学院;足球技术;学习兴趣;可行性;在高校体育学院推广花式足球的可行性研究 II Research on the Feasibility of Promoting Fancy Football in Colleges and Universities of Physical Education Abstract Fancy football is different from traditional 11-a-side football, which is a football game that fully demonstrates personal skills.
