关于在河北省高校体育院系推广合球运动的可行性研究

目前,我国的教育体制已经从以前的应试教育逐渐转变为对学生的素质教育了,不 再像从前那样只是单一的继承传统的体育文化。为了丰富我国的体育文化,与世界接轨, 吸收并引进一些国外的体育运动是形式所趋。合球运动是 2004 年刚刚传入我国的一门 新兴的体育运动,由于他特定的规则不允许像篮球运动那样,可以运球(拍球),所以 就限制了运动员有“一对一”单挑的的思想,不会出现一个人进攻,其他人站着看的场 面,要想进攻(投篮),就必须通过团队的合作来寻找合理有效的进攻机会,这样可以 充分的调动参与者在运动场上的积极性,同时也会对参与者的集体观念起着潜移默化的 作用。合球运动的最大特点是男女同场竞技,是现阶段世界上唯一一项男女同场竞技的 项目。由于我们国家的学校体育教学采用的不是男女分班制,而是混合的班级制,因此 在教学过程的实施中,能够同时兼顾到男、女学生各异的生理、心理差异就比较困难, 目前还没有一项体育运动适合男、女学生共同参与、共同竞赛的。合球运动要求在比赛 中不仅男女球员之间不允许相互防守,同性之间也不允许有过分的身体接触,这样就大 大减少了运动损伤的发生,既保证了男女球员共同参与的平等,又使得比赛依然精彩激 烈。它的这一特点恰恰能够满足男女同场竞技的需求,也消除了合球运动在场上“异性” 的存在,只有队友,所以参与者都不必考虑男女之间的“接触避讳”。 合球运动讲求的是队员(男女生)彼此之间的相互信任、相互协助,通过大家共同 的努力,去赢得比赛的最终胜利。以男女合作为基础的合球运动,充分体现了男女平等 的特点;其次,合球运动虽然是同场竞技,但不允许队员之间有过分的身体接触,这样 也就可以有效的防止粗暴的举动和不文明的行为,由此这是一项文明运动,这一特点最 适合在高校体育运动中推广。合球运动不受技术、体能、性别、年龄的限制,比赛的方 法也是多种多样的,可以玩的很休闲、很游戏,也可以玩的很激烈、竞争力很强。合球 运动与篮球、足球等集体运动项目比较运动负荷较小,运动者的活动量可以根据自身的 运动目标和运动需求来进行调整,所以说合球运动是一项更适合学生健身的运动。合球 运动的技术技巧、运动规则简单易学,对场地和器材的要求也不高。基于这些项目特点, 本文运用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对河北省高校 体育院系推广合球运动的必要性和可行性进行研究分析,提出合理建议,从而促进河北 省高校体育院系对合球运动的大力推广。本报告将从以下几个方面来进行研究分析,1、高校体育院系推广合球运动的必要 性,其中有学生的健康需求和锻炼现状。2、高校体育院系推广合球运动的可行性。3、 提出一些合理建议。经研究得出的结果是,在河北省高校体育院系中推广合球运动是有 可行性的。 关键词: 合球 男女同场 新兴项目 可行性Abstract At present, China's education system from the previous exam-oriented education has gradually turned to s colleges educated and no longer as it was the traditional culture inherit single before. Korfball movement technical skills, sports rules are simple to learn, on the site and equipment requirements is not high. Based on these characteristics of the project, this use of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, statistics and logic analysis, on the Academic Athletic Department to promote co-Ball the necessity and feasibility analysis, put forward reasonable proposals to promote cooperation on the Academic Athletic Department on the ball movement promoting.
