:印染业在我国传统产业和国民经济中都占有重要地位,是纺织 业中的一个重要支撑行业。印染业是上托织造业和下承服装业,能有 效地提高商品的美感和价值。“十一五”期间,我国印染业得到了高 速发展。“十二五”期间,印染业的增长率开始明显回落。“十三五” 开始,印染业陆续有“壮士断腕”的决心,开始积极寻求一条合适的 健康绿色发展之路。 印染业是一个高水耗、高能耗、高污染的产业,当前受到绿色壁 垒和经济抵制政策,中国纺织印染品进出口增速下降,在国际贸易中 受到很大的重创。同时,消费者对印染品的需求也有所改变,对其多 样化、时尚性和绿色型等有所提高。国内需求的改变、国际壁垒的加 重和绿色环保的力度等都成为制约印染业的可持续发展的因素。因 此,印染业当前面临着转型升级的必要性,如何实现资源、经济、环 境、社会的平衡发展,如何开展一次有效地绿色转型都是该产业目前 急需解决的问题。 本文以浙江绍兴 YL 印染有限公司为研究对象,此公司是一家专 业从事织物面料的印染、家纺产品、服装的生产、加工、销售。在绍 兴有一些类似的印染公司,且该公司的规模在绍兴处于中上水平,故 具有一定的代表性。本文将结合企业与行业实际,分析 YL 印染现实 情况,重点从绿色竞争力入手,并`通过 SWOT 分析方法,对其优势、 劣势、机会、威胁进行阐述分析,结合绍兴印染业实际情况提出 YL 印染的绿色转型策略,包括淘汰落后设备、引进新型环保设备;加大II 研发投入、加强产学研结合;推行清洁生产、引入节能减排机制。 本文希望以此为契机,推动浙江绍兴 YL 印染有限公司的绿色转 型进程,同时,也为印染行业的转型升级提供可以借鉴的视角和方法。 关键词,印染产业 绿色转型 策略III STRATEGIC RESEARCH ON GREEN TRANSFORMATION OF ZHEJIANG SHAOXINGYL PRINTINGAND DYEING CO., LTD. Zhang Zhiqin MBA Directed by Zou Shuliang Abstract,The printing and dyeing industry plays an important role in China's traditional industries and the national economy, and it is dominant in the textile industry. The printing and dyeing industry links weaving industry and clothing industry firmly, which can effectively improve the taste and the value of goods. During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, China's printing and dyeing industry has achieved rapid development. While during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the growth rate began to decline significantly. At the beginning of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”, the industry has successively determined totake a unstoppable ambition and began to actively seek a suitable development pathof health and green. The printing and dyeing industry is an industry with high water consumption, high energy consumption and high pollution. Currently, subjected to the Green Barriers and economic boycott policies, the growth rate of im- and exportsof China's textile printing and dyeing has declined sharply, and it has been greatly damaged in international trade. In the meanwhile, consumers' demand for printing and dyeing products has also changed, withthe requiring of diversity, fashion and green type have improved. And the changes in domestic demand, the increase in international barriers and the intensity of green environmental protection have all become factors that constrain the sustainable development of the printing and dyeing industry. Therefore, the printing and dyeing industry is facing the necessity of transformation and upgrading, about how toIV achieve balanced development of resources, economy, environment and society, how to carry out an effective green transformation, all above are urgent problems for the industry currently. This article takes Zhejiang Shaoxing YL Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. as a research object. This company is specialized in the textile fabric printing and dyeing, the home textile products, and the clothing production, processing, and sailing. There are some similar printing and dyeing companies in Shaoxing, and the scale of the one is at the upper-middle level among them, so it has a certain representativeness. This paper will analyze the actual situation of YL printing and dyeing in combination with the actual situation of enterprises and industries, focus on the green competitiveness, and analyze the advantages, the disadvantages, the opportunities and the threats through SWOT analysis method, and put forward the green transformation strategyin combination with the actual situation of Shaoxing printing and dyeing industry, including the elimination of outdated equipment, the introduction of new environmental protection equipment, besides, it hopes to increase investment in research and development, strengthen the combination of production, education and research, promote clean production and introduce energy-saving emission reduction mechanisms. This paper hopes to take this as an opportunity to promote the green transformation process of YL Printing and dyeing Co., Ltdin Shaoxing,Zhejiang. At the same time, it also provides the visual aspect and method that can be used for reference about the transformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing industry.
