工业企业作为主要的生产和经营实体,在区域经济社会发展中具有重要地位。 但工业企业粗放型的发展方式导致生态环境问题日渐严重,阻碍经济社会的可持 续发展。因此工业企业急需通过绿色创新进行转型升级以实现可持续发展。科技 人才作为工业企业绿色创新的第一关键要素,其聚集所产生的作用与效益在对绿 色创新上起着重要作用。本文研究分析区域科技人才集聚对工业企业绿色创新绩 效的影响,对进一步推动区域科技人才集聚以促进工业企业绿色创新绩效的提升, 实现工业经济绿色发展和区域可持续发展具有重要的意义。 本文首先梳理了区域科技人才集聚与企业绿色创新绩效的相关理论和文献 研究,对科技人才和企业绿色创新绩效等概念进行界定,在此基础上进行区域科 技人才集聚对工业企业绿色创新绩效影响的机理分析。其次,以长江经济带为例, 分别运用主成分分析法和改进的 CRITIC-TOPSIS 模型测度其科技人才集聚水平 和工业企业绿色创新绩效。再者,构建面板数据模型,分析长江经济带科技人才 集聚对工业企业绿色创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明长江经济带科技人才集聚和 工业企业绿色创新绩效均呈现“东高西低”的阶梯式发展态势,但地区间差异不 断减小;科技人才集聚综合水平对工业企业绿色创新绩效存在显著的正向作用, 其中,集聚基础水平的促进作用强于集聚效益水平;此外地区经济水平和环境规 制程度对工业企业绿色创新绩效也具有显著的促进作用,而政府支持水平和基础 设施水平则无。最后针对实证研究结果,提出相应的对策建议。 关键词,区域科技人才集聚;工业企业;绿色创新绩效;长江经济带III ABSTRACT As the main production and operation entity, industrial enterprises have an important position in regional economic and social development. However, the extensive development mode of industrial enterprises leads to the increasingly serious ecological environment problems, which hinder the sustainable development of economy and society. Therefore, industrial enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade through green innovation to achieve sustainable development. As the first key element of green innovation in industrial enterprises, the function and benefit of the aggregation of technology talents play a significant role in green innovation. This paper analyzes the impact of regional technology talents agglomeration on green innovation performance of industrial enterprises, which is of great significance for further promoting the regional technology talents agglomeration to promote the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises, thereby achieving green development of industrial economy and regional sustainable development. Firstly, this paper combs the relevant theories and literature of regional technology talents agglomeration and green innovation performance of enterprise, and then defines the concepts of both. On this basis, the mechanism of the impact of regional technology talents agglomeration on green innovation performance of industrial enterprises is carried out. Secondly, taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an example, this paper uses the principal component analysis method and the improved CRITIC-TOPSIS model to measure the level of technology talents agglomeration and the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises respectively. Furthermore, the panel data model is constructed to analyze the impact of technology talents agglomeration on the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that both the technology talents agglomeration and the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Zone show a ladder-like development trend of high in the East and low in the west, but the regional differences are decreasing; The comprehensive level of technology talents agglomeration has a significant positive effect on the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises, and the promotion effect of the agglomeration foundation level is stronger than that of the agglomeration benefit level. In addition, the regional economic level and the degree ofIV environmental regulation also have a significant role in promoting it, while the level of government support and infrastructure level are not. Finally, according to the empirical research results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
