摘要
我国保险业经历了一个由慢到快的生长过程,正在由一个垄断的单一市场向
多元化变化发展。“十二五”期间,我国保险市场规模的全球排名由第六位跃升
至第三位,已成为国民经济发展的重要支柱之一,我国正在成为新兴的保险大国

“十三五”期间是我国保险业高速发展、深化改革、转变发展方式的关键时期,
将建立一个主体多元、竞争有序、产品丰富、营销渠道多样,服务领域宽泛,服
务能力永续提升的保险经营体系

江西中邮人寿保险股份有限公司作为中邮人寿保险股份有限公司在全国开
设的首家省级分公司,坚持价值成长的发展导向,经过初创期、探索期、积累期
和成长期,逐步实现了各项业务的快速发展,保费规模和综合实力排名稳步提升,
盈利能力稳步增强,社会影响逐步扩大。本文在借鉴国内外企业经营策略研究成
果和实践经验的基础上,分析了江西中邮经营的外部和内部环境,并运用 SWOT
分析法揭示了江西中邮自身优势与劣势,面临的机遇与挑战,进而提出了江西中
邮的经营策略及实施的保障措施

研究结论主要有:(1)随着我国社会经济持续健康发展,寿险的产业链将
不断延伸,更加需要贴切大众需求,从纯保障性的产品向开发投联产品、创新型
保险功能、灵活缴费方式转变。寿险必将脱离以往简单的财务管理,而更多地注
重提供服务的质量、所能提供的环境、给客户选择的空间等方面的要求。(2)
江西中邮自成立以来,坚持价值成长的发展导向,经过初创期、探索期、积累期
和成长期,逐步实现了各项业务的快速发展,保费规模和综合实力排名稳步提升,
盈利能力稳步增强,社会影响逐步扩大。新的历史时期,随着国民经济可持续发
展,居民可支配收入不断提高,财税政策的大力支持,人口老龄化及社会保障体
系逐步完善,寿险行业发展趋势向好及居民保险意识增强等,江西中邮面临巨大
的机遇。同时面对寿险业务经营风险、产品同质化及既有竞争者的威胁,江西中
邮的发展也面临挑战。(3)江西中邮依托邮政企业突出的品牌信誉优势、服务
三农优势、板块联动发展优势、渠道资源优势、金融服务优势、代理保险经验优
势、客户资源优势、信息网络优势等八大优势,着力打造公司核心竞争力。同时
江西中邮也存在专业管理人才缺乏、产品种类少、业务结构失衡等劣势,这在一
定程度上制约了公司的发展。(4)江西中邮经营目标确定为:依托邮政网络和
资源,以“服务基层、服务三农”为己任,坚持专业化与特色化并举的原则,以
小额保险为切入点,以促进城乡保险业均衡发展为着力点,全力打造一个体系现
代化、服务大众化、管理规范化,政府满意、监管放心、百姓欢迎的新型高效商II
业保险公司。经营模式选择为具有邮政特色的“自营+代管”的发展模式。经营
市场定位选择险种专业化,在不同的细分市场选择推出不同的针对更适合该市场
的寿险产品,实施产品和渠道策略。同时通过完善联动决策、专业指导、经营支
持服务、农村保险服务等机制来保障江西中邮经营策略的实施

Abstract
