的整体盈利水平与农机企业的库存管理有相当大的关系，科学的、先进的库存管理模
式有利于帮助提升企业库存管理效率。加强库存管理不但能降低企业的管理成本，同
时还可以提升企业售后服务的效率，提升企业品牌形象
本文以中机北方机械有限公司的库存管理为研究对象，对中机北方机械有限公司
的原材料库存、半成品库存、成品库存、标准件库存和工具库存进行了深入研究。本
文调查了中机北方机械有限公司库存管理的现状，提出了中机北方机械有限公司库存
管理存在的若干问题，如库存管理组织机构的缺陷，对供应商管理不力，物料采购计
划的不合理使其库存量增大，信息技术运用滞后等等问题。经过中机北方机械有限公
司库存管理现状分析后，接着相继对库存管理组织机构、库存管理方法、供应商分类
管理、企业信息平台技术运用做了相对应的改进优化，如通过设立临时项目小组来应
对重大订单；通过对物料的 ABC 分类、JIT 采购以及 EOQ 经济订购批量的应用对原
材料的管理进行了优化；通过加强供应商关系管理、建立供应商的激励机制；通过加
强企业信息沟通，提高工作绩效

Manufacturing is one of the important components of national economic growth, and
the purchase of raw materials directly influences the cost of inventory. Inventory
management plays an important role in enterprise management, and the efficiency of
inventory management has a great impact on the capital operation of the company, and it will
affect the operating system of the company. The scientific management method and the use
of management tools are of great importance to the research of theory and practice, so that
the inventory management has updated contents and important meanings. The research of
inventory management system needs to take a holistic approach and use scientific
development to make it the mainstream of the company&39;s management system.
Agricultural machinery enterprise product market demand, product market price finally,
production workshop, perfect production system and the whole enterprise profitability, and
inventory management of agricultural machinery enterprises have considerable concern,
scientific and advanced inventory management model will help improve enterprise inventory
