供应链的业绩对企业的业绩有着巨大的影响。供应链管理有很多核心的

指标,其中一个很重要的指标是库存。怎么管好库存是一个大问题,也是矛

盾的问题,一方面企业希望增加库存,以提高生产完成的效率和对客户响应

的水平,也希望通过批量釆购,以获得规模效益所带来的成本降低的好处;

但另一方面,由于库存要占用资金,也会掩盖管理中的实质问题,企业又希

望降低库存甚至消灭库存。

随着供应链管理的发展,人们开始寻求供应链总成本的最小化以及客

户服务水平的最大化。在这样的背景下,库存管理的内涵也发生了巨大变化,

要求企业从传统的只注重自身的库存管理转向对整个供应链的库存控制。

目前国内的中小型制造企业,包括这些太阳能制造企业,还是以传统的

库存管理方式为主,在流通和制造环节上,各个节点的企业都是拥有大量的

库存量来应对不确定的需求,有各自的库存控制策略。这样从整个系统上来

看,就会使经营风险增加,库存成本上升,占用资金,利润下降,从而削弱

企业的核心竞争力,同时,也导致了整个供应链的运作效率低下。

本文研究的AS公司为致力于太阳能光热利用的中小制造企业,以其为

中心的上下游企业也存在这样的问题。所以,本文对供应链环境下的库存管

理主要做了以下方面的研究:首先,论文综述了供应链#理方面的研究理论;

然后,论文在分析供应链环境下的库存管理现状的基础上,重点分析了供应

链环境下供应商管理库存(VMI)的实施策略与方案。这种模式是供应商根据

生产商的生产计划和物料需求计划进行物料供应和库存管理通过这种合作

性策略,提高供应链的库存管理水平,使供应链库存成本最优,双方达到合

作共赢的目的,消除需求变异放大。这种模式也是适合目前AS公司的管理

和发展战略的。这对其他太阳能生厂商、中小制造企业实施VMI管理也是具

有借鉴意义的。

Abstract

The performance of supply chain has a huge impact on the performance of

enterprises. Supply chain management has a lot of core indicators, of which, a

very important indicator is stock. The effective management of inventory is

therefore a key area for consideration. Stock management requires a careful

balance: On one hand companies want to increase the inventory to improve

production efficiency and customer response level, and reduce cost through bulk

purchasing. Conversely low inventory levels are desirable to reduce, space,

management and cash flow demands.

With the development of supply chain management,enterprises endeavor to

minimize the total cost of inventory and maximize customer service levels.

Under this background, the concept of inventory management has changed

dramatically, requiring enterprises not only to focus on their own inventory

management, but also to the inventory control of the entire supply chain.

At present, small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises, including

those manufacturers of solar hot water collectors, continue to implement

traditional inventory management methods. Distributors and manufactures

maintain lots of inventory to deal with fluctuating demand, while implementing

their own inventory control strategies. This increases inventory costs and

business risk and drives down profits, leading to a weakening of the company's

core competitiveness. Indeed this approach results in inefficiency through the

entire supply chain.

In this paper, AS is a medium sized company which focuses on the research

and utilization of the solar thermal. In this company supply and stock related

problems exists both from upstream suppliers and downstream distribution

customers.
