库存管理是供应链管理至关重要的环节,科学、有效的库存控制可以增加企业利润,
提高企业效益。而且电子行业竞争激烈,要在市场上赢得先机,研究库存管理是电子分
销商必须面对的研究课题。本文研究了国际知名电子分销商A公司在供应链环境下库存
控制和优化的问题,目的是分析企业现有的供应链库存管理存在的问题并予以改进优
化,从而去建立一套科学、有效的库存管理方法,帮助企业去正确的管理库存,从而降
低公司库存成本、营运成本,提高企业利润。
本文首先分析了 A公司库存管理中存在的问题,对公司库存管理所面临的库存水位
偏高、呆滞库存比例较高、库存周转率较低等问题进行了原因分析。然后,对企业采购
业务流程进行了改进和优化,业务组织架构简化;其次采用了 ABC分类控制法,确定了
不同代理品牌物料的重要程度,去有效的采取不同的库存管理策略;再次,在物料安全
库存的备货流程上,增加了物料风险等级的评估,从而降低非常规订购环节上呆滞物料
的产生;最后,以“允许缺货、瞬时到货、缺货要补”的库存管理模型为研究基础,进
行了详细的数据分析并对经济订购和经验订购库存成本进行了比较分析,确定了经济订
购对电子物料企业是行之有效的方法。
文中的电子分销企业的库存管理方法是行之有效的,对其他的类似企业也有一定的
参考价值。

A STUDY ON SUPPLY CHAIN INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION FOR A
CORPORATION
ABSTRACT
Inventory control is a vital link in the supply chain management, scientific and effective
inventory control can increase corporate profits and improve enterprise efficiency. Because of
fierce competition in the electronics industry, the company wants to obtain competition
advantages in the market becoming very important. So the inventory management is an
important research topic for electronic distributor . This ease studies the international famous
electronic distributor - A company's inventory control and optimization problems in the
supply chain environment. The purpose is to analyze the company existing problems in the
supply chain system and improve to be optimized, and then to establish a scientific and
effective inventory management methods to help companies to properly manage inventory
and to reducing the company's inventory costs and operating costs and improve corporate
profits.
At first, the paper analyzes the reason of A company inventory management of huger
Inventory, sluggish stocks higher proportion, lower inventory turns. Then, through
improvement and optimization corporate purchasing business process and organization
simplified; Secondly, using the ABC classification act determine the degree of importance of
different brands proxy material and effectively take a different inventory management
strategy; Thirdly, on the material safety inventory stock process, increasing the risk level of
assessment materials, reducing unconventional order to produce the sluggish stocks. Finally,
base on allow shortage, replenish the stock instantly theory and model of computation,
analyze the data and comparing the economic order cost with previous experienced
purchasing cost. We found that the first one is an effective method.
The research methods and improvement action bring us a good effects for supply chain
inventory management of A corporation—electronics distributor, and will be have a great
benefit for other similar company.
