汽车产业是我国国民经济重要的主导性产业，与手机产业类似，其产业链长，关联
度高，就业面广，消费拉动大，带动就业作用明显，在促经济和保民生中发挥着重要的

作用进入世纪以来，我国汽车产业高速发展，形成了多品种，全系列，各市产业
集群开花的各类整车和零部件生产及配套体系，产业集中度及产业技术水平明显提升，

到达１５％。新能源车型渗透不断增加的同时，混动车型也在加速扩大市场。汽车市场中

渐显现，内燃机市场受到了极大的压缩，传统汽车行业的发展受到了极大的挑战
本文以传统的汽车行业在面临行业发展困境之际谋求转型升级、提高公司的行业竞
争力、持续提高盈利能力、避免公司分裂、使公司持续发展为导向，以ASJM机械有限
公司的发展战略为研宄对象，对该公司进行了深入的了解与分析并对该公司的发展战略
做更清晰的梳理与制定。本文运用了战略管理相关的理论和研宄分析方法，探宄了公司
在经营过程中产生问题的原因，结合了公司所在行业情况及所处的内外部经营环境状
况，制定了增长型发展战略，通过在产品制定，工艺研发，产品研发，增强创新能力及
加强供应链管理等方面进行了实施路径规划，努力实现企业的扭转发展并持续运营。最
