摘要
JLRL 公司人力资源管理信息化研究
所谓人力资源管理信息化是指:在先进的信息技术之上,以网络或软件系统
为平台,达到企业人力资源管理的低成本和高效率以及全员参与其中的目标,通
过对员工服务模式的改进,实现更全面、更开放的人力资源管理模式。它是基于
现代信息技术手段,实现人力资源管理的高效率和人力资源信息共享和有效整合
的一整套解决方案。
国外的专家对人力资源管理开始研究的时间较中国要早很多,相关文献要比
较丰富。时至今日,员工职业发展路径及规划是很多国家对于人力资源信息化建
设探究的重点。与职业生涯管理相关联的许多内容比如:职务分析、人员素质测
评、绩效管理、员工培训、人力资源管理判断以及鼓励机制等方面发展至今,很
多国家员工的人力资源管理系统开始有了所期许的效果。而我国的人力资源信息
化管理开始研究的时间相比较国外要晚很多。但在历经近半个世纪的摸索以及发
展,现在也取得了很多显著性成果。
企业人力资源管理实践活动即为了达到企业既定目标,在现代先进科技和深
厚的管理理论基础上,通过对人力资源的不断获取、系统整合、调研及开发这些
人力资源信息,并支付给他们应得的薪资,使有效激励以及实践运用得以实现。
随着热力企业的发展,集中供热规模的扩大,人员大范围流动的情况下,管
理好员工的基本信息,在人力资源信息中将具有管理价值的信息提取出来,作为
企业战略决策的基本保障,已然成为热力企业必不可少的课题。
本论文本着求真务实的态度,按照整体到局部的思维习惯,首先分析了JLRL
公司人力资源管理信息化的基础情况和供热企业实施人力资源信管理息化的内
外环境,运用个案分析的方法,依托于问卷以及实地访谈的方式,从而了解JLRL
公司在信息化建设中存在的问题,以期能够更快的找寻到相应的思路和方法解决
这些问题。本研究的重心偏向于企业在建设人力资源信息化过程中所遇到的问
题,希望能够找出阻碍发展的因素,继而提出更为有效的方式来解决这些问题,
使得企业在信息化管理过程中的根本问题得到妥善解决。
JLRL同样属于众多实践信息化管理公司当中的一员,而公司的管理层早就II
认识到简单的电脑化管理不能有效实施信息化建设。JLRL公司管理者应有坚定
的决心和毅力来推动建设,这是一个很漫长和进行不断尝试调整、改变适合公司
的过程。这一过程漫长而又艰辛,充满挑战和荆棘。想完成人力资源建设不仅需
要注重规划建设,而且更重要的是抓住软件选择和技术培训这个重中之重。在这
一过程中。更为核心的是管理制度与流程的基础建设。加快人力资源所需要的新
理念和思想,从而发展更加先进的管理模式。将新的理念及思想植入到相应的人
员身上,以期人力资源管理得到有效推动,这同样可以帮助实现先进管理。

Abstract
Research of Human Resources Management Information for
Jilin Heating Group
Human resources information management is to point to: use the advanced
information technology, computer software system as platform, realize the enterprise
human resources management of low cost and high efficiency, realize the human
resources management of full participation, improve the staff service mode, realize
the goal of strategic management of human resources of comprehensive, open the
human resource management mode. Human resource information management is a set
of using modern information technology means, increase the efficiency of human
resource management, realize the information sharing and effective integration of
human resources solutions.
Foreign scholars have studied human resource management much earlier than
China, and the literature is rich. Today, foreign for research and development of the
information construction of human resource management has been focused on focus
on employee career development path and planning, a lot of content that is associated
with career management, job analysis, performance management, employee training,
personnel quality evaluation, diagnosis and human resources management incentive
mechanism, etc., the development so far, foreign to employee career management can
already have the expected effect. Human resources information management research
in China started late compared with abroad, but after nearly 40 years of exploration
and development, also has numerous breakthrough results so far.
Enterprise human resources management practice is to point to in order to
achieve the goal of the enterprise, use modern science and technology and
management theory, through continuous access to human resources, and to obtain
comprehensive integration, deployment and development of content, and give their
remuneration, so as to realize effective incentives and practical use.
Along with the development of the thermal enterprises, the expansion of the
central heating, personnel under the condition of a wide range of flow to manage
employee information, in the human resources information to extract the information
of management value, and provide service for enterprise strategic decision, has
become the important subject facing thermal enterprises.IV
In line with the practical attitude, this paper according to the whole to the local
habits of thinking, first of all the basis of analyzing the JLRL company human
resources information management, and then through case analysis as the foothold,
through investigation and interviews, to understand JLRL problems existing in the
information construction, and strive to find solutions to these problems and thinking,
the focus of research focuses more on the implementation of human resources of the
enterprise information construction problems encountered by mining, and explore the
solution to these problems, solve the most fundamental problems in the enterprise
information construction.
We first of all to the heating enterprise human resources information
management inside and outside environment are analyzed, and on this basis we are
through the questionnaire survey and field interview details about the company human
resources management current situation of the construction of information, and found
that the current JLRL company human resources information management present
situation and the main problems in developing in the future may face the problem.
JLRL company in human resources information management practices has been
on the path of a preliminary exploration and sound development, but at present, there
are many problems, such as unreasonable planning and positioning, use efficiency is
low, system and management system software process design is not reasonable, and
so on, JLRL company a member of the company of the practice of information
management, management has realized that the implementation of computerized
information construction is not simple management, and then is not a pier, JLRL
company managers should continue to promote construction of perseverance and
strong determination, it is a long time need to continue to try to adjust for the
company&39;s process, carries on the human resources information construction not only
need to pay attention to the planning and construction, but also need to grasp the core
software selection and technical training.
