推送技术平台的便捷。本研究针对知识推送技术平台的构建条件、技术需求和功能构建、
技术实现方式、运营策略以及价值实现模式进行的分析。事实证明,进#知识推送技术
平台构建和运营对于LNSTI研究所知识服务水平提升,保持核心竞争力的重要方式。
本研究运用理论与案例相结合的方法对于LKSTI研究所知识推送技术平台构建基
础进行分析,研究表明:LNSTI研究所丰富的知识资源、技术特征是知识推送服务平台
构建的优势,同时,本文基于价值链理论提出LNSTI研究所进行知识推送服务平台运
营的价值实现模式,并在此基础上分析了知识推送服务平台的实施价值
此外,本研究通过对LNSTI研究所知识服务现状、经营范畴以及市场环境构建基
础和实施过程进行分析,提出进行知识推送技术平台构建是LNSTI研究所乃至国内公
共情报研究机构优势策略,并提出了知识推送技术平台的主要实现方式,即知识推送技
术平台构建的技术选择和技术服务。同时针对知识推送技术平台的给出了相近的服务流
程。从整体上建立完整方案,包括知识需求分析、知识推送服务以及评价与改进等过程。

Abstract
The rapid development of the Internet makes domestic information services industry has
undergone a qualitative leap, and makes Library and Information System promote a series of
reforms. Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Information Institute is a part of the
Science and Technology Department of Liaoning Province social welfare science and
technology information service agencies, it serves as the only provincial comprehensive
technology intelligence research institutions,undertaking a lot of important functions of the
province's scientific and technological information collection, collation,processing, storage,
transfer, research and scientific and technological information analysis and so on.
With the advances in information technology, the user needs escalating books
intelligence agencies at home and abroad began to notice the convenience of the knowledge
push technology platform. This study considers the push technology platform for knowledge
building conditions,technical requirements and functional building, technology, macro and
micro environment, operating strategy, and the value of mode analysis. It proved that the
build and operators of knowledge push technology platform an important way of to enhance
for knowledge service level, and an important way to keep the core competitiveness for
LNSTI institute.
In the study, we analyze the knowledge push technology platform of LNSTI institute,
with theories and cases. The results showed that: the macro environment, rich knowledge
resources, and the technical characteristics is the advantage of knowledge push the platform.
At the same time, this article brought out the value achieving mode based on the Value Chain
Theory, and then analyzed the implementation of the knowledge value chain of the platform
on the basis of this.
