摘要
随着改革的不断深入和社会的不断发展,我国在社会经济文化领域正发生着
翻天覆地的变化。表现在教育领域,各级各类培训机构、民办院校产生并迅速
成长。量的积累不断促进着质的改变。社会公众对高质量的教育呼声越来越强
烈,所以各级各类学校开始关注师资队伍的质量建设,尤其是针对青年教师的
培训问题

SL学院是省第一家由教育部批准成立的民办高等院校。该校自1999年创办
以来,无论是学校知名度、校园建设、学生规模还是在师资队伍方面一直保持
在A省同类院校前列。根据该校的办学目标,学校管理层提出了科学的办学定
位及办学方针;在一支年轻的管理团队和教学团队支持运作下,SL学院于2008
年成功升格为本科院校。在激烈的竞争中如何保证教学质量成为该校必须要解
决的重要问题,而教学质量提高的关键在于教师质量,所以该校尤其要关注师
资队伍的质量建设。青年教师是师资队伍未来的主力军,是未来教育发展的关
键,所以针对青年教师构建相应的培训体系尤为重要

本文结合国内外青年教师培训的培训现状、特征,以SL学院为实例研究了
民办高校青年教师培训体系的构建等若干问题。正文部分首先综述了教师培训
理论,包括培训的概念、培训需求、培训计划及职业发展规划等,为全文的撰
写奠定理论基础;其次,在实证分析部分,本文在对SL学院青年教师培训现状
的叙述中,结合青年教师培训需求调研,分析SL学院青年教师培训存在的问题
和不足,如培训系统尚不成熟、培训计划不能满足培训需求、培训经费渠道有
限、培训内容与教师职业发展规划及学院发展规划不协调等;结合实证部分归
纳总结出的问题,在科学的指导原则下,结合青年教师的实际培训需求,从培
训目标、培训主体、培训客体、培训内容、培训方法、培训时间、地点、预算
等方面来制定并构建该校青年教师培训体系;最后,选择正确的培训模式推动
该体系的运行,并从预期目标、培训过程、培训成本等方面考核该培训体系的
运行效果

SL学院在升格为本科院校后,学校开始在师资队伍建设方面投入大量精力,
并逐步从对教师“量”的需求转变为对“质”的需求。尤其在即将到来的本科

教学合格评估中,教学效果评估t据重要位置,所以对教师队伍的培训工作尤
为迫切和重要。论文在介绍师资培训相关理论的基础上,以问卷调查的方式收
集数据资料,对SL学院展开进杆实证分析,并运用辩证唯物主义方法,立足学
院实际,力求为该校构建一个科f、健全、实用、有效的青年教师培训体系,
从而实现教师与学院双方协调发展,学生、教师及学院三方共贏的局面

Abstract
With the development of society and reform, the field of social economy and
culture of our country is undergoing changes substantially. Especially in the field of
education, training institutions, at various levels of private universities produce and
rapid growth. The accumulation of quantity constantly promotes qualitative change.
The social public to the high quality education is more and more strong, so all kinds
of schools begin to pay attention to the quality of the construction of the contingent of
teachers, especially the problem of training for young teachers.
SL University is the first private college in A Province, approved by the Ministry
of education, since 1999,both the school popularity, campus, student scale and
teaching team have remained at the forefront of similar institutions in A province.
According to the school's educational goals,school administration put forward to the
policy orientation of running a school; under a young management and teaching team
in support of operation,SL successfully upgraded to a university in 2008. How to
ensure the quality of teaching has become important problem need to be soved in the
fierce competition, and the key to improve the quality of teaching lies in the teacher
quality, so the school should pay particular attention to the quality of teacher team
construction. Young teachers are the main force in the future of the team of
teachersand the key of education develoment in the future, so the construction of
corresponding training system for young teachers is particularly important.
Combined with status quo and charcterisitcs of domestic and abroad young
teacher's training, This article makes empirical research on several problems related
to private college's construction of young teacher training system using the case of SL
University. The text part firstly summarizes the theory of teacher training, including
training concept, training needs,training plan and occupation development planning,
laying the theoretical foundation for the thesis writing. Secondly, in the part of
empirical analysis, this paper on the status of young teachers training school of SL
described,combined with the young teachers' training needs survey, analysis of

young teachers training in SL University of the existing problems and shortcomings,
such as the training system is not mature, training programs can not meet tiie demand
for training, the training fiinds channels are limited, development planning and
training the content and the teacher occupation development plan and the school is
not harmonious. Combined with the empirical part sums up the problem, under the
scientific guiding principles and young teacher's actual needs, the article fomulates
and construct young teacher's training system from the training objectives, training
subject, training objects, training content, training methods, training time, location,
budget and other aspects, finally, the article gives the right system training mode and
appraisal of training system from expected target, training process, training cost etc.
After ungrading to a university,SL University began to invest a lot of energy in
the construction of teaching staff,changes in demand and gradually from the teachers
quantity to quality requirements. Especially in the upcoming qualified
undergraduate teaching assessment, teaching effect evaluation occupies an important
position, so the teachers training is urgent and important. Based on introducing the
teacher training on the related theories, data collected through the way of
questionnaire survey, This paper carried out the empirical analysis of SL university
used the methods of dialectical materialism and actual situation of the school,and
strive for construction of perfect, practical and effective young teacher's traing
system, so as to realize the two sides coordinated development between teachers and
school,and three-win situation among teachers, students and school.
