摘要
“供给侧结构性改革”影响着社会产业方方面面。在市场经济供需结构大改革
中，职业人才市场的“需求”与“供给”关系改革是一种必然。职业教育的“供给侧
结构性改革”的基础是高等职业院校的师资队伍结构性改革。这种改革要求高等职业
院校师资队伍具备更强的市场适应能力，职业院校师资队伍应该以一种更独立的市场
经济主体姿态出现在市场经济竞争中。XC 职业技术学院作为一所在市场改革中诞生
成长起来的地方院校，它的诞生、成长都得益于良好的地方政策。XC 职业技术学院
要在市场结构调整中，紧紧抓住这次网络教育时代、市场变革带来的利好发展条件，
好好打造适应市场需求的师资队伍，从而为学院的建设发展打下良好基础

在以往的教师素养体系研究中，我们习惯于通过调查问卷、文献调查、专家咨询
等方法推进。在本文数据调研中，我们在文献调查与问卷调查基础上，对青年教师胜
任力特征做了初步的模型构建。本文是通过对人力资源领域“胜任力”概念的引进，
对高校青年教师素养体系进行了探讨。通过对 XC 职业技术学院青年教师师资素养做
了一次实地数据调查，结合文献研究成果，建立了 XC 职业技术学院青年教师胜任力
的初步模型。经过对构建的青年教师胜任力指标的评估，建立的 XC 职业技术学院青
年教师胜任力模型，明确了作为一名高职院校青年教师该有的素质指标。这为 XC 职
业技术学院开展青年教师师资培训提供良好的数据支持

ABSTRACT
Supply side structural reforms all aspects affecting social industry. In the great reform of
supply and demand of market economy structure, professional talent market relations of
demand and supply reform is a necessity. Vocational education is the basis of structural
reform of the supply side the faculty structural reform of higher vocational colleges. This
reform requires teachers of higher vocational colleges have stronger ability to adapt the
market, vocational school teachers should be in a more independent in market economy the
main body in market economy competition. XC vocational and technical college as a
market where born grew up in the reform of local colleges and universities, its birth,
growth, thanks to good policies. XC vocational and technical college in market structure
adjustment, to seize the seize the network education era, market change, the development
of the good conditions, to build well adapt to the market demand of teachers, thus
development to lay a good foundation for the construction of the school.
In the teachers&39; literacy system research of the past, we used to through the questionnaire,
the method of literature investigation, expert consultation, etc. Data in this research, we
based on the literature survey and interview survey, the young teacher competency
characteristics makes a preliminary model building. This article is based on the field of
human resources introduction of the concept of competency of young university teachers
literacy system are discussed in this paper. Through business of XC vocational and
technical college young teachers teachers accomplishment made a field survey data,
combined with the literature research, established a preliminary model of higher vocational
colleges and universities young teacher competency. After for the construction of young
teachers competency assessment indicators and established XC vocational and technical
college young teachers competency model, identified as a professional young university
teachers should have quality indicators. This for XC vocational and technical college
teacher training of young teachers provide good data to support.
