发展现代教育对于完善教育者的知识构架和体系、提高国民的综合素质和责
任感以及民族意识具有至关重要的作用。然而,从现实的角度来看,目前我国现
代教育制度仍然亟待提高。尤其是对教师的绩效考核制度,仍然存在很多问题需
要进一步完善。完善绩效考核制度对于提高教师的工作积极性,优化教学结构和
积极向现代考核制度靠拢的目标有重要的指导意义。
本文运用文献研究法、人员访谈法、比较研究法和问卷调查法探查并分析了
xx学院现阶段在绩效考核体系上存在的问题,比如,考核指标不全面,教学效
果模块的指标较少;绩效考核重视数量,科研没有得到应有的重视,且比例浮动
不具可比性;考核主体不够完善;绩效考核结果的反馈机制不健全,考核结果运
用不够;缺乏改善绩效的激励措施;教师缺乏共同参与性等。并针对n学院目
前实行的绩效考核制度从考核流程、考核内容和考核人员等方面进行了优化。
本文通过对n学院教师队伍绩效考核体系的构建设计分析,以期实现以下
目的:加深对绩效考核体系的流程、方法、设置、人员等方面的认识;为XX学
院在后续建立更为完善的绩效考核体系提供指导和参考,使其尽快达成教学目
标;为后续学者在对教师绩效考核体系的研究上打下坚实的基础。

XX学院教师绩效考核之研究
Abstract
The development of modern education plays a crucial role in perfecting
educators' knowledge and the whole system,improving the overall quality of national
citizen's consciousness and sense of responsibility. However,from the point of view
of title reality, China's modern educational system still needs to be improved,
especially concerning teachers' performance appraisal system, there are still many
problems need to be forther perfected‘ Improving the performance appraisal system
presents guiding significance for raising teachers' initiative, optimizing the structure
in teaching and moving closer to modern appraisal system.
This paper uses literature research, interview method, comparative method and
questionnaire survey method to detect and analyze the XX college at this stage in the
existing problems in perfonnaxice appraisal system,for example, incomprehensive
assessment indicators, less teaching effectiveness indicators module; mere emphasis
on the quantity of performance assessment,scientific research and didn!t get the
attention they deserve,and the proportion is not comparable to float; imperfection of
assessment body and the feedback mechanism of the performance appraisal results;
lack of the use of assessment results and the incentives to improve performance;
teachers1 lack of common participation,etc. This thesis has also optimized the
currently implemented performance appraisal system in XX College in terms of the
assessment process,assessment content and assessment personnel.
This article through to the XX college teachers performance appraisal system of
the building design and analysis,in order to achieve the following objectives: to
deepen the process of performance appraisal system, method, set up, the
understanding of the personnel, etc; for XX institute in the subsequent to establish 狂
more perfect performance appraisal system to provide guidance and reference, to
make it as soon as possible to achieve the teaching goal; for subsequent scholars on
the study of teachers' performance appraisal system to lay a solid foundation.
