摘 要
汽车整车其复杂的产品构成和较长的供应链使得汽车零部件行业成为
一个极其繁荣而庞大的产业。随着汽车整个行业在中国乃至全球范围内的快
速增长，中国已经成为了各大汽车巨头以及零部件供应商们的必争之地，大
量本土零部件供应商应运而生，甚至跨国企业也纷纷涌入中国。无论是本土
还是跨国零部件企业都将面临着巨大的机会和挑战，如何快速提升技术、开
发及管理水平；还要适应中国国情，面对激烈的竞争是跨国企业的重点，包
括本文所要介绍的汽车滤清器制造商 SF 公司。而项目管理在近几年无疑成
为国内生产型企业提高内部管理的主要方法之一。它是在企业投资、工程项
目、基本建设等各类问题的决策管理中应用广泛的一门综合性学科。借鉴国
外在实践中总结出的有关项目管理的一套系统的理论、原则、方案和技术结
合本企业的实际管理水平适时、适当的应用和优化，平稳地将企业要导入的
新产品从设计概念或者图纸过渡到大批量生产阶段，以提高企业的新产品研
发管理能力，从而达到高技术含量和高市场占有率的目的

ABSTRACT
The automotive part industry is turning thriving because of the complexity of
the product and the long supply chain. With rapid growth of automobile industry all
over the world, China is becoming the battlefield of the whole-vehicle and parts
manufacturers. A lot of local suppliers were born, and many multinational
corporations came into China, whatever the local and multinational supplier are
facing great opportunity and challenge. How to improve the level of technology,
R&D and management to suit with China’s conditions and face to the competition
will become the key point to the multinational corporations which include SF
company. Though project management is no doubt being one of the best way to
improve the internal management of manufacture corporations. It is widely applied
in business investments, construction projects, fundamental construction projects and
other decision-making management problems. And project management has been
summed up a system of theory, principles, programs and technology in foreign
countries, based on that and combine with our company’s actual management
situation to apply and optimize in right time and proper way as a result to transfer
new products from concepts or drawings to mass production in a smooth and stable
way. As a purpose, for one hand, it will lead to a new page on new products’
development and on the other hand, high technology content will lead to high market
share.
