和社会建设的不断深入,铁路建筑施工企业的发展战略尤为重要。当前,我国

铁路建设进入全新的发展阶段。面对复杂多变的发展形势,铁路施工企业怎样

才能适应形势需要,怎样才能抓住机遇、乘势发展,怎样才能不断提高企业竞

争力,怎样才能确保企业持续、健康地发展,是铁路施工企业必须思考和面对

的问题。

本文以铁路施工企业的现状、发展趋势为背景,通过全面分析铁路施工企

业共性特点、外部环境、内部条件,阐述其研究和制定发展战略的重要性,提

出制定铁路施工企业发展战略的思路。

Abstract

Enterprises of railway construction currently are the critical stanchion of the

development of domestic economy in China. With the progress of Chinese economy

and society,the strategy of these enterprises is notably and particularly significant.

The construction of our railway stands on a brand new stage at present. In the face of

complicate and metabolic development situation, how can these enterprises

acclimatize themselves to the situation, and grab the opportunities to enhance the

competitiveness of enterprises, as well as maintain the consecutive,sound

development are the problems that have to be confronted and speculated.

Owing to the current situation of Enterprises of railway construction and

developing tendency, as well as full analysis of general characteristics, external

environment and internal conditions,the paper is aimed to state the importance of

research and make development strategy, and propose main ideas of development

tactic in enterprises of railway construction.
