本文在介绍 ERP 项目实施、组织变革和流程变革的国内外研究基础上,在第四
章中结合 ERP 项目实施的特点分析了 ERP 项目实施对企业组织结构变革和流程变革
要素的影响。在第五章和第六章中通过对 A 公司 ERP 项目实施中组织结构变革和流
程变革问题的分析,论述了 ERP 项目实施对 A 公司组织结构变革和流程变革要素的
影响,基于对 A 公司组织结构变革方案和以贴牌流程为代表的流程变革方案的研究,
明晰了 ERP 项目实施对 A 公司组织结构变革和流程变革的影响。整个研究工作就是
为了研究大型跨国制造企业 ERP 项目实施对企业组织结构和流程变革的影响,为同
类型的企业提供借鉴和参考并提供一个研究案例。

Abstract
Business environment has change a lot as the world economy developing, especially
since the financial crisis, companies have to change proactively to follow up external
business environment change and achieve same development together with external
business environment, which could ensure good survival and development. Many
companies are seeking to enhance management and breakthroughs. Deploying new
management concepts and management methods in management, especially deploying
ERP system to improve the management has become the choice of many enterprises.
Basing on the study of ERP project implementation, organizational change and
process change at home and abroad, this thesis research ERP project influence the elements
of organizational structural change and process change with the characteristics of ERP
project implementation in the fourth chapter. After analyze issues of organizational change
and process change of the A company, thesis describe the influence of organizational
change and process change elements by ERP project implementation. After the study of A
Company structural changes and OEM processes change, thesis clarifies the influence of
organizational structural change and process change by ERP project implementation. The
entire research work the impact on organizational structures and processes change by ERP
project implementation in multinational manufacturing company, it provides reference and
a study case for the same type business.
