本篇论文运用波特的产业结构六要素模型和SWOT矩阵分析方法,对制冷行业的特
点、发展趋势及制冷机厂在行业中的竞争地位进行了认真的分析,针对制冷机厂的上
级单位-集团公司创建国际一流企业的发展目标,提出了制冷机厂今后的发展规划,
制定了企业人力资源管理、产品结构调整、产品质量管理、加工技术改造、成本管理、
信息化管理、企业文化管理、企业流程再造等具体措施,以期不断提升制冷机厂的核
心竞争力。

ABSTRACT
The market of refrigeration industry in China is not only large, but also advances rapidly,
with an annual average increase of 10% from 1990 to 2004, which is much higher than the
development level of the developed countries. The output value of the commercial
large-and-medium-scale refrigeration air-conditioning equipment and relevant corollary
equipment related to the products of the Refrigeration Equipment Company has exceeded
34 billion RMB yuan, accounting for 18% of the whole refrigeration industry in China, and
the commercial refrigeration market is about 2 billion RMB yuan. The high growth rate of
the refrigeration market has attracted both domestic and international famous companies to
enter into this industry one after another, for example, York,Bitzer,Carrier,Refcomp,
Yuanda ,Shuangliang, etc., which have already occupied a large market share in China. It
forms a situation in which traditional domestic brands, newly developed joint-venture
brands, private brands and international famous brands coexist, resulting in the intensified
competition.
This paper conducts a systematic analysis on the characteristics of the refrigeration industry
in China as well as the Refrigeration Equipment Company by using the Six-forces model on
industrial structure and the SWOT method. According to the strategic objective of the Group
Company, to which the Refrigeration Equipment Company is attached, that is, the
establishment of an world-class enterprise, the author proposes the development strategy for
the Refrigeration Equipment Company, namely, finding the localization of enterprise
accurately, maximizing favorable factors and minimizing unfavorable ones. Aimed at
raising the core and distinctive competences of the Refrigeration Equipment Company,
specific measures put forward by the author include the human resources, the structural
adjustments of the products, the quality control of the products, transformation of process
technology, cost management, information management, corporate culture management,
enterprise&39;s procedure, etc. Creating the condition in order to realize the strategy of our
enterprise and our enterprise can develop in a sustainable and healthy way in the fierce
market competition.
