管理硕士毕业论文《精益生产在一汽_大众公司生产线上的应用》(72页).rar 摘要 精益生产是发源于日本丰田汽车制造公司，如今风靡全球的一种工业工程管 理方式，是当今工业界公认的最佳生产组织体系和方式。最大限度地节约资源、 降低成本，提高生产效率和企业利润是精益生产的基本目标。作为应用德国先进 设备和技术的一汽-大众公司，自然在保持企业活力、增长效益方面不甘落后， 管理者们将精益生产方式运用到生产实践当中，对公司进行了整顿改善，获得了 极大的收益。 本文即在介绍精益生产基本理论基础上，运用理论去分析研究其在一汽-大 众公司生产线上的应用，阐述了现场改进的实施内容，应用＂5S＂管理知识对装 配车间进行优化改善，减少了八大浪费，实现了生产的自动化，生产的同步化， 应用看板管理实现生产的准时化，达到生产节拍平衡等。并拿出焊装车间右侧围 内板生产线上的应用实例，分析了流程改进的内容和作用。 关键词:精益生产生产效率5S管理看板管理 ABSTRACT Lean　Production　is　originated　from　Japans＇　Toyota　Company,now　becoming　a global　epidemic　of　IE　management.It　is　the　industry　recognized　best　way　and　system of　production　organization.Maximizing　conservation　of　resources,reducing　costs, increasing　productivity　and　corporating　profits　are　the　basic　objectives　of　Lean Production.As　the　application　of　Germany　advanced　equipment　and technology,FAW-VW　can＇t　far　behind　in　maintaining　the　vitality　of　enterprises　and increasing　of　efficiency.Managers　used　Lean　Production　methods　to　the　production practice,the　rectification　of　the　companies　improved　access　to　a　great　income. Based　pn　introducing　the　basic　theory　of　Lean　Production,this　paper　studies　and analyzes　the　application　of　Lean　Production　in　FAW-VW　production　line.This　paper Sets　out　to　improve　the　implementation　of　the　scene,use　5S　to　optimize　the　production of　the　assembly　shop,decrease　eight　waste,achieve　the　automation　and synchronization　of　production,achieve　just-in-time　production　for　using　kanban management,balance　the　beat　of　production.Finally　to　demonstrate　the　application　at the　right　side　of　Circuit　board　production　line　of　FAW–VW＇s　welding　workshop,and analyze　the　contents　and　the　role　of　process　improvement.
