I L电气照明公司智能分拣中心优化管理设计 摘要 近年来,中国互联网用户的爆发式增长,电商网购包括平台电商、微商 井喷式发展,巨大的业务量给物流快速响应提出了更高的要求,特别是仓储 分拣的需求。电子商务网上商城业务订单商品种类逐渐呈现多品种、少批量 的特点,而顾客对从订单下达到收到货的时间要求越来越短,顾客网购体验 感要求越来越来高,拣货次数多、拣选频率高、拣选时间短,这就要求企业 进行电子商务业务的拣选和配送的速度更快、准确。随着中国人工成本大幅 增加,传统的仓库人工分拣模式的低效率、易出错,已经制约了企业的电商 业务发展,影响了企业的效益。由此,合理的进行规划分拣中心的仓储拣选 作业,如何提高仓库货物分拣运行效率,从而降低仓库运营成本,进一步降 低物流成本,是电商运营,分拣中心运营的一个重要课题。 L电气照明公司是一家经营和代理销售各类电气照明产品的企业,公司 经营模块分为国外订单、国内实体店销售、线上销售、工程建设等。线上销 售有各大电商平台包括天猫京东等, 还建有自己的垂直电商平台,电商业务 量近年维持着近50%的年增长率。目前公司在苏州、北京建有自己的综合性 仓储和配货中心,但目前仓库配货和拣选和国内大部分仓库一样还主要停留 在第一阶段--传统仓库,即主要以人工作业为主,使用运输机、堆高机等辅 摘要 II 助运输设备来节省人力,分拣主要以人工分拣为主。这导致了人工成本高、 差错率高、分拣操作效率低等问题,使得公司物流环节效益低下,制约了公 司正大力发展的电商业务的增长。 为解决上述问题,公司急需要对L公司 分拣中心现有的仓库布局进行静态优化;对现有的业务流程进行动态优化, 构建一个电子商务仓库智能分拣系统--实现第二三阶段的仓库,利用自动化 分拣来提高效率。 本文是一份针对L电气照明公司的智能分拣系统的优化设计方案,本文 首先分析了L电气照明公司分拣中心的业务流程现状,仓库布局及分拣存储 现状,指出其业务流程、仓库布局、仓储分拣流程及面临的问题,提出L电 气照明公司构建智能分拣系统的必要性和可行性。通过对L电气照明公司订 单EIQ分析,仓库布局分析,仓储分拣流程,业务流程等问题分析,对L电 气照明公司分拣中心给出了静态优化—仓库布局优化; 也给出了动态优化, 也就是业务流程优化:包括增加订单处理系统,仓库管理系统和增加密集存 储智能分拣系统。接着结合公司的现状和L电气照明公司仓储分拣的目标有 针对性的给出了L电气照明公司智能分拣系统方案优化设计:Autostore高密 度存储魔方+智能分拣系统;最后是L电气照明公司Autostore高密度存储魔 方+智能分拣系统方案的运营实施和财务分析,方案如何落地,以及L电气照 明公司智能分拣中心优化效果分析。 本文的研究表明为促进业务增长,提高分拣效率,需要对L电气照明公 司分拣中心布局和业务流程进行静态和动态优化。本文针对L电气照明公司 实施的Autostore高密度存储+智能分拣系统的方案是完全必要的,并且可行 的,方案是可以实施的,有价值的。 摘要 III 关键词 智能分拣;分拣系统;智慧物流;Autostore OPTIMIZED MANAGEMENT DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT SORTING CENTER OF L ELECTRIC LIGHTING COMPANY ABSTRACT In recent years, the explosive growth of Internet users in China, Huge e-commerce shopping quantity and amount bring the huge volume of business logistics and require its rapid response to the high requirements, especially storage and sorting needs. E-commerce business order items shows the characteristics of many varieties, small batch, short delivery time. Customers requirements are more and more high, that requires enterprises to carry out the selection and distribution of e-commerce business faster and more accurate. With the significant increase of labor cost in China, the traditional manual sorting mode of warehouse is inefficient and error-prone, which has restricted the development of e-commerce business and affected the benefits of enterprises. Therefore, it is an important issue for e-commerce operation and sorting center operation to reasonably plan the warehouse picking operation of the sorting center, and how to improve the operation efficiency of goods sorting in the warehouse, so as to reduce the operation cost of the warehouse and further reduce the logistics cost. L Electric & Lighting Co., LTD. Is the agent for the sale of various types of electric lighting, the company management module is divided into foreign orders, domestic entity shop sales, online sales, engineering construction etc..Online sales have the big electric business platform including Tmall jingdong, also has its own vertical electric business platform, electricity business has maintained a 50% annual growth rate in recent years. At present, the company has built its own comprehensive warehousing and distribution center in Suzhou, but the warehouse distribution and sorting is pauses in the first stage as the traditional warehouse, 东华大学工商管理硕士学位论文 IV which are mainly composed of artificial operation, use of transport, stacking machine and other auxiliary transportation equipment in order to save the manpower, sorting is mainly manual sorting. This leads to the problems of high labor cost, high error rate and low sorting efficiency, which makes the company's logistics low efficiency and restricts the growth of the e-commerce business that the company is developing vigorously. To solve the above problems, the company is in urgent need of optimization of the existing warehouse layout, also it is in urgent need of optimization of the existing business process,that is establish an e-commerce warehouse intelligent sorting system -- to achieve the second and third stages of the warehouse, the use of automated sorting system to improve efficiency. This paper is about optimizing and design scheme of intelligent sorting system in L Electric Lighting Co., this paper first analyzes the L Electric Lighting Co., business process status, warehouse layout and sorting storage situation, points out its problem, state its necessity and feasibility of building intelligent sorting system. Through the analysis of order EIQ, warehouse layout, warehouse sorting process, business process and other problems of L Electric Lighting Co., the static optimization - warehouse layout optimization is given for the sorting center of L electric lighting company. Dynamic optimization, also known as business process optimization, is also given, including the addition of an order processing system, a warehouse management system, and an intelligent sorting system with dense storage. Then combined with the current situation of the company and the storage and sorting objectives of L Electric Lighting Co., the optimal design of L electric lighting company's intelligent sorting system is proposed. Finally, the operation and financial analysis of L Electric Lighting company's Autostore high-density storage rubik's cube + intelligent sorting system plan, how to implement the plan, and the optimization effect analysis of L electric lighting company's intelligent sorting center. The study of this paper shows that in order to promote business growth and improve sorting efficiency, it is necessary to carry out static and dynamic optimization of sorting center layout and business process of L Electric Lighting company.
