Abstract
With the development LED lighting production, it covers a wide varity of
application. Due to the competitive market,How to rank and shark the market What
about the strategy That's a very wonderful topic of Guangzhou Baiya ,and also is the
LED lighting era gives Guangzhou Baiya the historical mission.
This paper talks Guangzhou Baiya Electric Lighting Co. LTD as the main subject.
Collecting first-hand survey data. Analyzing with Porter five forces, SWOT, 7Ps
marketing strategy, relationship marketing and brand marketing. Identify
opportunities & threats that we faced, and Strengths & Weaknesses of our competitor.
Formulate a marketing strategy system. And this paper will talks in 7 aspects
including product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process to
discusses the sales strategy of Guangzhou Baiya Electric Lighting Co. LTD. This
paper also will analyzing the frame of marketing strategy and the plan of action.
Base on the situation of Baiya,we set up a stategy for the product,price, place
