中学语文教师从事对外汉语教学的可行性研究报告DOC

本文以中学语文教学和对外汉语教学的理论为基础,以笔者在合肥市金湖 学校对一线语文教师的调查为辅助,结合对外汉语教师师资的实际情况,为如 何缓解对外汉语教学师资压力提出建议,以供参考。 本文共分为四章,第一章为绪论,概述选题缘由、研究目的及意义、研究 思路及主要工作、本文的创新点和国内外研究现状。国内外研究现状部分分别 叙述了母语和第二语言教学关系的研究、语文教学与对外汉语教学的对比研究 和中学语文教学与对外汉语教学的对比研究的主要情况,意在说明:关于语文 教学和对外汉语教学的对比研究是很有必要的,特别是在通过共性分析以推动 二者的互相借鉴上。同时笔者也认为,总结语文教学的方法必须落实到具体的 阶段上,而中学语文教学是比较合适的一个阶段。因此,中学语文教学和对外 汉语教学的对比研究领域将会有越来越多的理论成果出现,而中学语文教学和 对外汉语教学资源也会有更多层面的交流借鉴。 第二章为报告的触发点,结合已有研究成果和国家汉语国际推广领导小组 办公室相关新闻,简要说明现阶段对外汉语教学的师资现状不容乐观,无论在 数量上还是质量上都需要补足。笔者也归纳了对外汉语教学师资上存在的三个 突出问题:数量不足、层次单一和二语教学经验不足。因此必须从多方面出发 来解决这些问题。 第三章和第四章为报告的重点部分。第三章通过理论对比和调查印证,分 析了中学语文教学和对外汉语教学在教学原则、教学目标和教学方法上的共性, 初步论证了中学语文教师从事对外汉语教学的可行性。第四章结合调查和已有 研究成果,探索了中学语文教师从事对外汉语教学的条件。笔者认为,中学语 文教师要具备四个方面的条件才能满足从事对外汉语教学工作的要求,分别是: 强烈的意愿与清醒的认识、丰富的经验与灵活的应对、全面的知识与有效的实 践以及良好的口语和现代教育技术。 关键词:中学语文教师对外汉语教学可行性条件 Abstract The paper is based on the middle school Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language theory, on the premise of the investigation of Chinese teachers in Jinhu Middle School in Hefei, combined with the actual teachers situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, put forward suggestions for how to relieve the pressure of teachers of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for reference. This article is divided into four chapters. The chapter 1 is the introduction. It is an overview of the reasons for choosing this topic, the research goal and the significance, the research mentality and the main work, the innovative point of this article and research status at home and abroad.The part of research status at home and abroad describes main situation about the relationship between mother tongue and second language teaching research, Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language contrast research and middle school Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language comparison research respectively.lt is intended to explain: a comparative study on Chinese language teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language is very necessary, especially in the analysis of the commonness of the two to promote each other. At the same time, the author also thinks, Chinese teaching methods must be implemented on specific stage, and the middle school Chinese teaching is a more appropriate stage.Therefore, there will be more and more theoretical achievements about comparison of middle school Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and will appear increasing resources communication between middle school Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The chapter 2 is the trigger point of the paper, combining the research result and The National Leading Group Office of international promotion of Chinese language related news, briefly explain that the current situation of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language teaching is not optimistic, in terms of quantity or quality are needed to complement. The author also concludes three prominent II questions of teachers of teaching Chinese as a foreign language: quantity shortage, single-level structure and lack of teaching experience about the second language teaching. Accordingly,an effort will be made to solve these problems. The chapter 3 and the chapter 4 are the key parts of the paper.The chapter 3 through theoretical comparison and investigation verification, analyses the common point of the middle school Chinese teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language in teaching principles, teaching objectives and teaching methods, preliminary demonstrate the feasibility of middle school Chinese teachers taking part in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The chapter 4 according to the investigation and research,discover the necessary conditions of the middle school Chinese teachers taking part in teaching Chinese as a foreign language .The author thinks, middle school Chinese teachers should have four conditions, namely strong will and clear xmderstanding,rich experience and flexible response, comprehensive knowledge and effective practice, good oral communication skills and the modern educatipn technology.
