当今社会的市场竞争实际上是人才竞争,企业要想在市场竞争中立于不败之地,就 需要企业打造其合适的人力优势和人才优势。但由于现在多数企业相关知识缺乏和对人 力资源管理的轻视,使得企业缺乏科学合理的人力资源战略规划,其人力资源管理出现 各种问题,最终导致员工离职率高,人才流失严重。本文从人力资源规划相关理论出发, 以优鸿人力与 S 汽车厂合作为例,通过实证研究和案例研究等多种方法了解 S 汽车厂的 现状,发现其在合作中凸显的人力资源管理问题。深入访谈调查得知其人力资源管理问 题的根源在于其高层对人力资源管理的重视程度不够和科学人力资源规划的缺乏。后者 更是导致公司员工离职率高、流动性大的重要原因之一。本文参考人力资源规划的需求 和供给预测方法,结合 S 汽车厂的战略发展目标和短期战略发展,对 S 汽车厂未来 3 年 的人力资源供需状况进项预测,从而得到 S 汽车厂的未来人力资源供需状况。并在此基 础上,让优鸿人力制定出 S 汽车厂的人力资源总体规划和战略规划方案。通过对与优鸿 人力合作的 S 汽车厂的人力资源战略性规划研究,规范 S 汽车厂的人力资源管理,情况 相似的公司的人力资源管理和战略规划提供借鉴。 关键词:人力资源管理 人力资源规划 战略目标 需求预测 供给预测IV Abstract In today's society, market competition is actually talent competition. If enterprises want to be in an invincible position in market competition, they need enterprises to build their appropriate human and talent advantages. However, due to the lack of relevant knowledge of most enterprises and the contempt for human resource management, the company lacks scientific and rational human resource strategic planning, and its human resources management has various problems, which ultimately leads to high employee turnover rate and serious brain drain. Based on the theory of human resource planning, this paper takes the cooperation between Youhong Manpower and S Automobile Factory as an example, and through various methods such as empirical research and case study, understands the current situation of S automobile factory and finds the human resource management problem highlighted in the cooperation. In-depth interviews and investigations revealed that the root of its human resource management problem lies in its lack of attention to human resources management and the lack of scientific human resource planning. The latter is one of the important reasons for the company's high turnover rate and high liquidity. This paper refers to the demand and supply forecasting methods of human resources planning, combined with the strategic development goals and short-term strategic development of S automakers, and predicts the supply and demand of human resources in the next three years of S automakers, thus obtaining the future human resources supply and demand of S automakers. situation. On this basis, we will enable Youhong to develop the human resources master plan and strategic planning plan of S Automobile Factory. Through the human resources strategic planning research of S automobile factory cooperating with Youhong manpower, the human resource management of S automobile factory is regulated, and the human resource management and strategic planning of similar companies are provided for reference.
