摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来，企业的市场竞争压力越来越大，尤其是企业间的人力资
源竞争。本文将着重研究装备制造业的国有企业在面对激烈的市场竞争，如何调整优化
自身人力资源，以更好地适应企业转型升级的发展战略

本文第一章就DZ公司人力资源规划的研究背景及意义、研究内容及方法进行阐述

第二章对人力资源规划理论进行说明，并从国内外研究情况和趋势入手，重点介绍研究
DZ公司人力资源规划的需求预测、供给预测方法。第三章介绍了DZ公司的相关情况
以及DZ公司的内外部环境，通过人力资源指标的数据图表和SWOT分析，得出DZ公
司人力资源管理存在的问题。第四章以DZ公司发展战略和人力资源规划总体目标为纲，
从需求预测和供给预测两方面入手，做出DZ公司人力资源供需平衡，并得出DZ公司
人力资源规划的定量目标。第五章和第六章分别介绍了实现DZ公司人力资源规划的举
措和保障措施

通过对DZ公司人力资源规划的研究，本文将给出富有指导性的建议和意见，同时
希望为DZ公司所处行业的人力资源部门提供些许参考

Research on Human Resources Planning of DZ company
Abstract
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the pressure of enterprise is becoming
bigger and bigger, especially the competition between the enterprises. The paper will research
the enterprise in the equipment manufacture industry facing the fierce competition is how to
adjust the human resources itself to better fit to the development strategy of enterprise
transition.
The first chapter introduced the research background, significance, content and method of
human resources planning of DZ company. The second chapter introduced the theory of human
resources planning and from the situation and trend at home and abroad, researched the method
of demand forecasting and supply forecasting of human resources planning of DZ company.
The third chapter through the introduction of DZ company and analysis in the internal and
external environment, made the charts of human resources index and SWOT analysis to check
out the questions of human resources management of DZ company. The forth chapter with the
DZ company human resources planning overall idea, from the demand forecast and supply
demand, made the balance of human resources of DZ company and the quantity goals of human
resources planning of DZ company. The fifth chapter and six chapter respectively introduced
the main supporting measure of human resources planning of DZ company.
Through the research on human resources planning of DZ company, the paper will supply
the directing suggestions, meanwhile with the research on human resources planning of DZ
company, hope to supply the reference of human resources planning for the whole traditional
equipment manufacture enterprise.
