市场需求低，无法实现盈亏平衡，甚至只能依托前期投入和政府的支持才能维系，一个
企业如果没有盈利就无法生存，发展更是无从谈起
文章以 DL 植物工厂为实际案例，使用文献分析、个案研究和 SWOT 分析等方
法，对 DL 植物工厂现状及市场环境进行研究，对 DL 植物工厂规模化经营相关问题
进行梳理，阐明了该企业在经营过程中存在的问题，分析了制约 DL 植物工厂规模化
发展的原因，以求在认清劣势和威胁的基础上，发挥优势，把握机遇，制定合理的规
模化发展战略。从政府扶持和企业自身应采取的措施两个层面，提出了关于 DL 植物
工厂规模化经营战略保障机制
文章由点及面，指出企业必须按照规模逐步推进、以客户需求为导向、创造投资
价值的原则，分阶段实施规模化经营的总体发展思路，在实现规模效益的基础上通过
智能监控系统等外在硬件供应以及对温度、湿度和光照等环境智能软件调控系统等技
术输出、技术培训与指导延伸产业链，开发观光农业、科普农业，投资休闲农业，开
展多元化经营，实现企业的可持续发展的结论。给正在探索发展植物工厂的企业带去
思考，为实现植物工厂的健康发展具有一定的操作指导意义

Research on scale management strategy
of DL plant factory
Abstract
At present，with the effort of the ecological environment protection increasing，the
agricultural production mode at a cost of over-consumption in resources has not adapted the
requirements of the age development. The establishment of plant factory makes the agricultural
production, get rid of the restriction of the natural environment, implements the anniversary of
the crops, continuous uninterrupted production, toppled in one thousand farming methods,
farming is beginning to be “process automation, intelligent management, resources, energy
saving and process transparency”, the modernization of traditional agriculture into leisure
agriculture, make the human dream into reality through the plant factory for agriculture.
However, high cost problems are existed in plant factories. There are problems in the operation
of enterprises of high selling price, less target customers, low market demand and hard
breakeven, even only relying on the initial investment and government support.An enterprise
can not survive if there is no profit,and certainly not develop.
The article is in study of the DL plant factory using literature analysis, case study and
SWOT analysis methods, in research of the DL plant factory present situation and market
environment, reviews the problems of the DL plant factory scale management，illustrates the
problems existing in the course of the company, analyzes the reasons of restricting DL plant
factory scale development. Based on knowing clearly about its disadvantages and threats，taking
advantage of the potential ,grasping the opportunity, to formulate the strategy of scale
management, from the support of the government and measures the enterprises take.
From the point of view, this article pointed out that the enterprise must follow the principle
of gradual promotion of the scale, as the guide of customer demand and the creation of
investment value, phasing an overall development of large-scale management.Basing on the
realization of scale efficiency, according the intelligent monitering system of external hardware
supply and the temperature、humidity and light envi ronment control system of intelligent
software, to output, train teehnically and gaidance to extend the industy. It developed and
invested the sightseeing agriculture, scientical agriculture and leisure agriculture, realizing the
sustainable devepment of the enterprise’s conclusion in diversification. It brought the thought of
the cnterprise which is exploring the development of plant factory . It has a certain operational
guidance of achieving the healthy development of the plant factory.
