当前,国内外经济金融形势依然复杂多变,商业银行经营管理面临多重
压力和挑战,全球经济增长存在不确定性,我国经济结构调整也具有长期性,
银行经营发展的外部环境正发生深刻变化,贷款劣变、风险暴露在一段时间
内可能会增多,以互联网金融为代表的新兴金融业态迅速兴起,对客户金融
消费模式和银行传统价值创造方式形成挑战,利率市场化改革的步伐不断加
快,加大了利率波动的频率和幅度,短期内将带来利差水平收窄,银行产品
同质竞争日趋白热化更伴随着来自保险、基金、信托和证券等金融机构的跨
界竞争,对银行客户、资金以及资产服务需求形成分流,商业银行承受着巨
大的利润增长压力

中间业务及其发展水平是观察一家银行发展战略、风险偏好、业务结构、
员工素质及竞争、创新和资源整合能力的窗口,是银行经营发展的风向标

实现中间业务收入持续快速增长是一个关乎商业银行创新发展、确保稳健经
营的核心问题。在近十年的发展中,银行产品种类日益丰富,因提供服务创
造的中间业务收入日渐占据了银行收入的重要位置,银行的中介服务功能更
加明显。适应经济发展新常态,商业银行需要积极思考如何闯过资产质量关,
找到创新发展新路径,实现经营结构优化,完成转型发展,以保障自身阶段
性利润增长计划和可持续发展目标的顺利实现。基于上述发展态势,高度重
视并全力推动中间业务的发展,将是四川工行谋求转型发展,实现业务健康
稳定发展和巩固并增强各项业务同业竞争力的迫切需要

本文研究的主要内容是商业银行中间业务,并以工商银行四川省分行作
为具体研究对象,紧密结合国内外中间业务研究中存在的不足,从阐释商业
银行中间业务定义、特征和回顾国内外商业银行中间业务的发展历程入手,
首先介绍了工行四川省分行业务发展的现状,阐述了四川工行中间业务运营
的基本情况,同时运用相关管理学理论,收集整理有关信息和数据,通过定工行四川省分行中间业务现状及发展策略研究量分析和定性评价分析手段的使用,借助丰富的数据,分析了四川工行中间
业务的产品结构、系统内发展地位和同业竞争力情况。以工行四川省分行中
间业务发展现状和内外部影响因素为切入点,以波士顿矩阵等管理学方法为
基础,通过对四川工行中间业务发展所处的外部经济金融环境、政策法律环
境、信息技术环境以及行业环境的全方位解读,对该行内部中间业务增长和
市场占有率现状的深度分析和对中间业务组织架构和管理机制框架的系统性
介绍,全面、深入地分析了工行四川省分行中间业务发展过程中的亮点和不
足,并据此提出了工行四川省分行中间业务发展指导思想、发展规划和发展
策略,希望能为工行四川省分行以及其他银行同业解决自身中间业务发展过
程中所遇到的策略和路径问题提供有益借鉴

At present, domestic and international economic and financial situation is still
complicated, the operation and management of commercial banks are facing
multiple pressures and challenges. Global economic growth has some uncertainties.
China&39;s economic structural adjustment also has long-term .Profound changes are
taking place in the external environment of bank business development. Credit
deterioration and risk exposure may be increasing in a period of time .The new
financial industry such as Internet banking is raising rapidly, that is a great
challenge to the customer’s financial consumption patterns and traditional bank
value creation mode. When interest rate liberalization reform continues to
accelerate the pace, it will increase the frequency and amplitude of fluctuation of
interest rate and will bring short-term spreads narrowed. Bank product
homogeneity increasingly intensifies followed by more from insurance, funds,
trusts, securities and other financial institutions for cross-border competition,
which brings the outflowing of bank customer, funds and assets service need. The
increases of commercial banks’ profits are suffering from huge pressure.
The intermediary business and its level of development is the observation
window of a bank development strategy, risk preference, business structure,
quality of staff, competition capacity, ability to integrate resources and to innovate
and represents the direction of the bank business development. To achieve
sustainable and rapid growth of intermediary business revenue is a matter of
business innovation and development of banks, and also is the core problem to
ensure stable operation. Experiencing nearly ten years of development, banking
products are increasingly rich, the intermediate business income brought by
providing services has occupied the important position of the bank&39;s earnings, and
the function of bank intermediary services becomes more obvious. To adapt to the
economic development of the new normal, commercial bank needs to think how to
get past the asset quality of commercial banks, to find a new path of innovationStudy on the Situation and Development Strategies of Intermediary Business in ICBC Sichuan Branchand development, to achieve business structural optimization, complete
transformation and development, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of
the profit growth plan during a period and the goal of sustainable development.
Above all, to promote the development of the intermediary business on high
degree of attention and efforts will be the inevitable choice of Sichuan ICBC,
which is favorable to seeking the transformation development and a great
advantage to achieving better and faster business development and to enhancing
the overall competitiveness of the market.
In this paper, the author choice the intermediary business of commercial
banks as the research object, the ICBC branch in Sichuan Province as the research
background. Closely combining with the shortcomings of research at home and
abroad intermediary business, from the definition and the characteristics of the
intermediary business of commercial bank at the beginning, reviews of domestic
and foreign commercial banks intermediate business development, this paper first
introduces the current situation of the development of business in ICBC Sichuan
branch, and then it describes the basic situation of ICBC Sichuan intermediary
business operation. Through the use of relevant theories of management, collect
information in many aspects, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are
innovatively adopted during the research of this paper. Through a large number of
data, display and analyze of the product structure of Sichuan ICBC’s intermediary
business and its system status and industry competitiveness. As the starting point,
the paper states the internal and external factors influencing intermediary business
development status of ICBC Sichuan branch, by using of Boston Matrix analysis
method, through the all-ranged representation of external economic and financial
environment of Sichuan for the development of intermediary business, policy and
legal environment, the interpretation of the information technology and industry
environment. It also introduces the internal intermediary business growth and
market share of the depth of analysis and the intermediary business organizational
structure and management mechanism of system, gives a comprehensive and
in-depth analysis of the development process of ICBC Sichuan branch
intermediary business highlights and shortcomings. Be the end of the paper, the
guide to the development of intermediary business of ICBC Sichuan branch is put
forward, development planning and development strategy. The author hopes thatAbstractthe research of this paper can provide a useful reference for Sichuan branch of
ICBC and other banks to solve the problems encountered in the process to
intermediary business development.
