摘 要
一次性医疗器械产业在我国正处在一个黄金发展期,然而我国医疗器械行业
在发展中面临研发水平落后、产业集中度低、中低端产品产能过剩等诸多问题。

湖南朗格唯特生物科技有限公司作为一家在该领域成立不久的高科技公司,依靠
强大的技术优势和价格优势,已使得其主要产品一次性精密过滤输液器在湖南市
场实现占有率第一,然而朗格唯特公司也面临产品类别单一、品牌影响力弱和公
司规模较小等问题。

为了使朗格唯特公司能够持续健康发展,进一步扩大在全国范围的市场份
额,本文将运用战略管理的理论和方法,通过 PEST 分析、波特五力模型、SWOT
分析等战略分析工具,明确企业外部环境中的机会和威胁,使公司的发展思路逐
步明朗,最终形成公司长期的发展战略。

在当前形势下,朗格唯特公司应采用“一三六”总体扩张战略,即以全国市
场开发作为的核心,以产品研发、生产内包、品牌建设三个方面为主要支撑手段,
以治理结构完善、组织结构调整、财务保障、人力资源建设、企业文化建设和信
息化建设六个方面为重要保障。朗格唯特公司应采取差异化集中的竞争战略,定
位于一次性医疗器械的中高端产品市场,在产品功能、质量、品牌和渠道方面与
竞争对手形成明显差异。朗格唯特公司还应按整体布局、快速扩张和资本运营三
个阶段进行战略实施,努力成为一次性医疗器械的中高端产品市场的主导企业,
在未来5-7年内使主营业务收入达到30亿,实现利润8亿元,并最终实现成功上市
的伟大目标。

development.However, China's medical device industry is facing backward in the
