在全球化日益发展的今天,银行之间的竞争已经逐步由资源竞争向人才竞争转变,人才已经
成为现代银行最重要的资源。城市商业银行要在未来的激烈竞争中占有一席之地,就必须尽快建
立科学的人力资源管理模式,更好地适应未来的战略和组织变革,这对城市商业银行的人力资源
管理能力提出了新的需求。
面对当前全球经济金融形势的复杂多变、银行间竞争的逐步升级以及地方商业银行的市场争
抢,作为微观主体的宁夏银行,如何在城市商业银行跨区域经营的大潮中做好人力资源管理仍是
一个亟待研究的问题。本文通过运用访谈法、实地调研法等方法对宁夏银行跨区域经营的人力资
源管理现状进行调查,并基于SWOT分析以及相关人力资源管理理论,针对目前宁夏银行跨区域
经营的特点,分析宁夏银行跨区域经营人力资源管理的现状及其存在的问题,探讨宁夏银行跨区
域经营中人力资源管理问题产生的原因,并力图通过理论联系实际,提出改进宁夏银行人力资源
管理的相关措施及建议,旨在为提升屮夏银行人力资源管理水平贡献力量,为公司完善相关制度
提供参考意见。同时,这对于促进宁夏银行目前跨区域经营的业务发展无疑具有重要的现实意义,
也会为宁夏银行今后的跨区域经营提供人力资源管理方面的决策依据。

Abatract
In the globalization today, the competition between Banks have gradually changed from resources
competition to talent competition,talents has become the most important resource of modern bank. If
City commercial Banks want to occupy a favorable position in the fierce competition in the future,it is
necessary to establish the scientific human resources management mode, and better adapt strategic and
organizational change in the future. It is put forward new requirements to human resources management
ability of the city commercial bank .
Facing the complicated change of global economic and financial situation currently , the
competition of banks gradually upgrade and local commercial Banks for the market, as the microscopic
main body of Bank of Ningxia, how to do the work of human resource management is still a problem
needing to be study in the process of city commercial Banks doing business across regions . In this
paper, through using the interview method, field research method to investigate present situation of the
human resources management of bank of Ningxia in the business development of acrossing regions,
and based on the SWOT analysis and the theory relating to human resource management,in view of the
characteristics of bank of Ningxia in doing business across regions, this paper analyzes the present
situation and problems of human resources management of bank of Ningxia in doing business across
regions,and discuss the reasons of the problem in the human resources management , and trying to
through integrate theory with practice, put forward the measures and suggestion to improve human
resources management ability of bank of Ningxia, the aim is to enhance the level of human resources
management in bank of Ningxia, and to provide reference opinions in order to perfect the relevant
system. At the same time, it is important practical significance for bank of Ningxia to promote
cross-regional business development undoubtedly , also will be provide human resources management
decision basis to ningxia bank&39;s cross-regional business in the future
