【摘 要】连锁经营营销作为市场营销的重要组成部分,可以有效提高企业的市场占有率,改善企业的工作效绩,提升企业的竞争力。本文在阐述营销策略4c理论和4p理论的基础上,以7天连锁经营酒店为例,分析了7天连锁经营酒店的现状及其存在的问题,从4c理论视野出发,以营销思维对7天连锁经营酒店的营销策略进行了重新设计,以更好地提升7天连锁经营酒店的市场占有率与竞争力。
