external environment of the group in detail with the help of PEST analysis model; we analyze
the competition situation of the same type of education market in the industry with the help of
Porters five forces model and CPM competitive situation; we analyze the internal resources and
capabilities of YL Education Group and weigh the core competitiveness of the group with the
help of VIRN to consider the groups own comparative By analyzing the internal resources and
capabilities of YL Education Group and weighing the core competencies of the group using
VIRN, the groups own comparative advantages were comprehensively considered.
Through the research of this paper, the direction and power point of YL Education Group
in the competitive environment of the company is discussed from several perspectives. The
study and analysis of YL Education Groups competitive strategy will have implications for
other educational and training institutions of the same type.
