摘要
百年大计，教育为本。经过60多年来不懈的努力，我国的教育事业已经取
得了举世瞩目的成就。非常明显的就是两个历史性的转变，第一个历史性转变，
就是从人口大国向人力资源大国的转变。第二个历史性转变就是，从人力资源
大国进入世界人力资源强国行列
教育事业的两次历史性转变为教育的发展，尤其是民办教育的发展带来了
新的机遇，使民办教育的发展进入快速增长期
另一方面，公办教育与民办教育之间的竞争也在日渐加剧。如何把握发展
战略方向以及如何选择适宜的发展战略对各大教育集团是极其重要的首要问题
本文以DK教育集团为研究对象，就旗下10所学校进行研究，运用PEST、
SWOT的研究工具，分析出适宜自身的发展战略和实施保障措施
结论表明，DK教育集团必须遵循以下原则：提升核心竞争力，突出品牌效
应、抓住机遇规避风险。在发展战略的制定和保障措施上，通过以下几点作为
突破方向：1、加强统一管理、优化组织结构；2、完备人才库、完善薪酬制度；
3、加强生源市场开发；4、增加投入、优化配置；5、建立学生指导中心；6、
互联网线上教育
本文为DK教育集团发展战略提供理论依据和实践指导，有一定研究理论价
值和现实意义

Education is a fundamental task for the coming generation. Through more than
60 years unremitting efforts, our education has achieved remarkable success. The first
historical transformation is that after the reform and opening-up, our country has
transformed from a country with a large population to a country with a great human
resources.
The two transformations of our education business provide an opportunity for
education development, especially for private education, which leads to the private
education to a new stage of accelerated expansion.
On the other hand, the competition between public education and private
education has becoming more and more serious. In this situation, how to grasp the
strategy direction and how to choose the appropriate developmental strategy are
crucial to every education group.
This essay takes Education Group DK as research objects, mainly observes 10
schools of this Education Group, applied PEST/ SWOT for researching, and obtained
a suited developing strategy.
The conclusions show that, Education Group DK has to follow these principles:
promote core competitiveness, highlight brand effect, seize the opportunity and avoid
risk. The following instructions could ensure the formulation and protection of
development strategy. 1. Strengthen unified management, optimize organizational
structure; 2. Complete talent pool, improve the pay system; 3. Enhance the resource
market development; 4. Increase the investment and optimizing allocation; 5. Build
student guidance center; 6. Organize online education.
This essay provides a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for DK
Education Group, which shows potential research value and practical significant.
