Research on Financial Performance Evaluation of HZ Pharmaceutical Company by Haichao Zhang Supervisor: Professor Fengsheng Li Pluralistic Supervisor: Senior Engineer Baoku Zhao A Thesis Submitted to the Northeast Petroleum University In partial fulfillment of the requirement For the Professional Master of Business Administration Part-time June，2023 东北石油大学 MBA学位论文 HZ药业公司财务绩效评价研究 摘要 随着医疗体制改革向纵深推进，对医药行业提出了新的要求、带来新的挑战。近年 来，随着政府推行带量采购，医药行业面临转型升级。在市场需求方面，在人口的自然 增长、老龄化的逐步加快、医保体系不断的健全、居民支付能力不断地增强等因素的共 同作用下，人们日益增长的对健康的需求也在逐步增加，我国已逐步成为全球药品消费 快速增长的国家之一。随着“十四五”发展纲要的出台，对未来近五年医药行业的发展 提出了更高要求，我国医药产业将全面进入高质量发展阶段，医药公司应把握政策要求 和趋势，关注产业发展相关政策，有的放矢开展工作。总体来看，医药制造行业未来的 发展空间巨大，发展前景良好，行业整体供求关系呈现较好的发展态势。 本文以HZ药业公司作为研究对象对其进行绩效评价。HZ药业公司是一家集研产 销全价值链、原料药与制剂一体化、多地域发展的综合性制药上市公司。HZ药业公司 与传统上市公司不同，作为国企转型成功的代表，对HZ药业公司财务绩效进行分析， 可以更好地、真实的了解当下医药行业公司发展的现状。选取HZ药业公司2012至 2021年的相关财务年度数据，通过对资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表等财务报表的数 据分析，对HZ药业公司的基本财务状况、经营情况和现金流量状况等，进行近十年的 对比分析。为进一步了解公司真实的财务能力，通过运用熵权法从偿债能力、营运能力、 盈利能力和发展能力等四个方面对HZ药业公司进行财务绩效进行综合评价。结果表明， HZ药业公司作为国企转型的上市公司，在改革期间财务能力表现较好，但在财务绩效 能力方面还有较大的提高空间。根据HZ药业存在的问题，从进一步提高公司偿债的能 力、营运的能力、盈利的能力、发展的能力等角度出发，提出具体的发展意见建议，为 同类公司的发展提供了有益的参考。 关键词：药业公司；财务现状分析；熵权法；财务绩效评价 II 东北石油大学 MBA学位论文 Research on Financial Performance Evaluation of HZ Pharmaceutical Company ABSTRACT With the proceeding of the reform of the medical system, new requirements and challenges have brought new challenges to the pharmaceutical industry.
