This paper takes Xi #an Real Estate Company of DC Group as the research object. Firstly,
it analyzes the external environment of the real estate company by using PEST tools and five
forces model. Secondly, combining with the actual development needs of Xi #an Real Estate
Company, it puts forward a differentiated development strategy at the company level. Then, in
theprocess ofrepositioning thecompany#sstrategy, itfocuseson makingappropriate
development plans for real estate development and operation, property services and financial
capital, and defines the strategic implementation plan, which is guaranteed from four aspects:
system construction, technical strength, human resources and risk management and control.
This paper uses professional research methods and theoretical tools, relies on the macro-control
background of "living in a house without speculation", and explores the development strategy
suitable for the company through an all-round analysis of Xi #an Real Estate Company of DC
Group. Through the formulation and implementation ofdevelopment strategy, the market
adaptability and sustainable development ability of Xi #an Real Estate Company of DC Group
are strengthened, which lays a solid foundation for DC Group to strive for the first-class real
estate enterprise in China. At the same time, it provides certain reference significance for the
development strategy of domestic real estate companies with similar scale.
