西安建筑科技大学专业学位硕士论文 C SX 专 业：工商管理（MBA） 硕士生：李元豪 指导老师：陆秋琴 摘要 进入 21世纪以来，得益于改革开放，我国证券行业迎来了飞速发展，证券公 司的规模随着证券行业发展不断扩大，随之而来的是同业竞争白热化所导致的业 务收入下滑。同时自 2020年新冠肺炎疫情在全球蔓延和2022年俄乌冲突以来， 全球证券市场受到了剧烈的冲击，这使得证券公司的传统经纪业务收入受到巨大 影响。部分券商当下的业务盈利模式已不能适应如今复杂多变的市场环境，多家 券商纷纷开始业务盈利模式的转型和改进。所以研究券商业务盈利模式的改进， 分析业务盈利模式的合理性，对我国证券行业的发展有着重要的意义。 本文以 C证券 SX分公司为研究对象，采用了文献研究法、趋势分析法和问 卷调查法对公司的业务盈利模式进行了研究分析。首先，运用了趋势分析法通过 数据分析对行业头部券商和 C证券的业务盈利模式进行对比，并对公司外部行业 环境进行分析。运用了问卷调查法，对 C证券内部业务盈利模式现状进行分析， 并结合两种方法的分析结果对公司业务盈利模式的问题、问题产生的原因进行分 析。其次，运用价值链理论对公司的内外部价值链进行分析总结。根据问卷调查 结果对公司的业务盈利模式提出具体改进方案，并构建新业务盈利模式的价值链。 最后，根据公司的目标为 C证券 SX分公司业务盈利模式改进方案实施提出具体 路径规划、制定保障措施。 通过本文的研究，可以提升 C证券 SX分公司的综合实力，解决现有业务盈 利模式存在的问题，促进公司的可持续性发展。同时，本文的研究为我国其他中 小券商的转型发展提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：业务盈利模式改进；价值链；创新业务 西安建筑科技大学专业学位硕士论文 Research on Improving the Business Profit Model of C Securities SX Branch Based on Value Chain Specialty: Master of Business Administration Author:Li Yuanhao Supervisor: Lu Qiuqin ABSTRACT Since entering the 21st century, thanks to the reform and opening up, China#s securities industry has experienced rapid development.
