西安理工大学工商管理硕士专业学位论文 optimization plan for department performance management of SMX Branch, uses the balanced scorecard to set performance indicators for SMX Branchs Business Development Department, RiskManagement Department,Branch BusinessDepartment,and GeneralManagement Department, and optimizes theprocess of performance evaluation and theapplication of evaluation results.Finally, suggestions aregiven for theimplementation of performance management. Through the establishmentof supporting salary distribution mechanism, the establishment of performance management corporate culture mechanism, the improvement of performancetraining system,theimprovementof postpromotionandtalent selection mechanism and other measures, the performance management of Guangfa SMX Branch is comprehensively optimized. It is hoped that the research in this paper can enrich the relevant case studies of the performance management of China Guangfa Bank, and provide guidance for the improvement of the performance management of commercial banks.
