摘要
最近几年，在互联网和直播卖货腏降耐贫拢缟滔燮教ㄔ嚼丛蕉啵鄯绞?
也越来越多元化，订单的特点也从大批量、少批次逐渐向小批量、多样化、高频次转变。
当消费者在网上和网上都能买到东西时，不仅需要公司提供满意的商品，同时要求公司
的物品配送时效性更高，这就对公司的物流中心提出了较高要求。要提高公司物流中心
时效性，其决定性因素是拣选效率。因此，物流中心需要在降低运营成本、提高顾客满
。
意度的情况下，优化拣选效率因此，本文以F公司中国物流中心为研究对象，对其物
流中心的拣选效率进行研宄。
、
本文首先借助文献研究法，梳理国内外公司对物流中心拣选作业流程仓储管理以
及拣选效率的相关研究，明确物流中心和拣选效率的概念，介绍了拣选作业理论、仓储
管理理论和现场管理理论。其次研宄以F公司中国物流公司为对象，运用案例分析研宄
方法，对F公司中国物流公司进行了简单介绍，同时对F公司中国物流公司拣选效率管
。
理现状进行了论述，进而对其形成目前拣选管理现状的原因进行分析再次结合拣选作
业理论、仓储管理理论和现场管理理论，从拣选方式、仓储布局、储位指派、拣选路径、

拣选管理制度等方面制定了F公司中国物流公司拣选效率的优化策略，具体为：是仓

最后对F公司中国物流公司拣选效率优化策略的实际实施成效进行了分析，发现在固定
时间内，拣选的整体速度提高了２０％，但整体的拣选效率仍存在问题，因此为了保障拣
选效率优化策略的有效实施，又从人才队伍构建、技术改进、资金支持三方面提出了相
应的盪洗胧?
本文针对F公司中国物流公司拣选效率存在的间题，给出了适合其经营特性及运营
特点的优化策略，让其实际操作腏降玫搅擞呕晟破浼鹧」芾碇贫龋诮档驮?
营成本的同时，提高拣选效率，进而提升企业的竞争力。本文的优化策略和建议也为其
他同类型的物流企业提供可借鉴的经验。
