在物流仓储的管理中,仓储管理一直是企业管理中的难点。仓储管理如何
避免混乱,保证记录清晰,数据更新及时,并能面向其他相关部门及时共享信
息,是仓储管理所追求的终极目标。在建设现代化物流管理体系方面,许多制
造型企业还存在很多的不足,特别是在建立仓储模式以及仓储管理这两方面,
大部分企业虽然有库存管理相关的功能,但仅仅停留在分散管理的阶段,很多
业务数据没有实现基本集成,更没有智能化的应用,处于半自动化的现状。随
着信息化建设的逐步推进,越来越多的制造型企业在信息系统建设方面加大了
投资,目的是利用先进的技术不断的优化现有系统进而提高企业的管理水平和
效率,以期帮助企业从事务型转变成决策型,仓储管理数字化以及信息平台统
一化在现代企业管理中已成为必然。
本文主要研究面向某食品行业的成品仓储管理信息系统解决方案,并选取
W公司基于 S/4软件的成品仓储管理信息系统为案例进行研究。首先,于绪论
中提出了本文研究背景和意义,将国内外学者的相关文献进行总结分析,进而
提出本论文研究的方向,采用相关研究方法,梳理研究思路;其次,借助相关
理论和基础概念,为后续研究做理论铺垫;再次,分析某食品行业发展现状和
W公司仓储管理的问题,归纳出仓储信息化的需求点;紧接着,结合所学的流
程再造理论和管理信息系统理论,以流程为重点来研究成品仓储管理信息系统
解决方案;最后,再以 W公司基于 S/4软件的成品仓储管理信息系统应用进行
实证分析,本文因此认为,该仓储管理信息系统解决方案和管理信息软件的结合,
是能够帮助和解决企业仓储管理信息集中度不高、流程冗余、数据交互不及时、
不能实现集中管控等问题,对企业提高成品仓储管理水平和决策分析是有价值
的。

Abstract
In the logistics management, inventory management has always been a difficult
point in enterprise management. How to avoid chaos in warehouse management,
ensure clear records, timely data updates, and timely sharing of information with
other relevant departments is the ultimate goal pursued by warehouse management. In
the construction of a modern logistics management system, many manufacturing
enterprises still have many flaws, especially in building warehousing mode and
warehousing management, most of the enterprises although they have inventory
managementrelated functions,butonly stayinthestage ofdecentralized
management, a lot of business data has not achieved basic integration, there is no
intelligent application, in the status quo ofsemi-automation. With the gradual
advancement of information construction, more and more manufacturing enterprises
have increased investment in the construction of information systems, with the
purpose of using advanced technology to continuously improve the current system
and thusimprove the efficiency ofenterprise management, inorder to help
enterprisesfromtransactionaltodecision-making,warehousemanagement
automation and information platform unification has become inevitable in modern
enterprise management.
In this paper, we mainly study the solution of finished product warehouse
management information system for a food industry, and select W Company's
finished product warehouse management information system based on S/4 software
as a case study. First of all, the research background and significance of this paper are
proposed in the preface, and the literature of scholars at home and abroad related to it
is summarized and analyzed, and then the research direction of this paper is proposed,
relevant research methods are adopted, researchideas are sorted out, and the
difficulties and innovation points of this paper are summarized; Secondly, with the
help of relevant theories and basic concepts, use basic theories to pave the way for the

research content of this article; Third, analyze the development status of the food
industry and the problems of W Company's warehousing management system, and
summarize the demand points of warehousing informatization; Then, combined with
the process reengineering theory and construction methodology learned, the process
is focused on the finished product warehouse management informationsystem
solution; Finally, the application ofW Company's finished product warehouse
management information system based on S/4 software is empirically analyzed, this
article thereforebelievesthat theintegration ofthe warehousemanagement
information system solution andinformation software can help andsolve the
problems of low concentration of enterprise warehouse management information,
process redundancy, untimely data interaction, and inability to achieve centralized
control,which isvaluableforenterprises toimproveproductwarehousing
management and decision analysis level .
